10 wing combo took about an hour and was incomplete. Too much! The wings were just ok , but the service was horrible...not worth an hour since I called it in, they said it would be 10 to 20 minutes, I took about a 20 minute nap, got dressed and then drove 10 minutes for the order not to be ready. Based on reviews I knew not to be in a hurry. I did not receive the fries so I went back. Total I spent about 2 hours trying to get my combo.
The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. The food is cool but the service cancels that out. It’s always a don’t have/my bad/we’re sorry but… it’s ridiculous
Going to go with a 2 star on this place. The wings are good, but the customers service is AWFUL! In person and over the phone, the young lady is so dry! She talks so low you can barely hear her and when she speaks up it's like talking to a teenager going through a first break up.
They are ripping us off folks!!! Prices on menu say one thing and they charge another. Claim its posted correctly in the store, but its still illegal and bottom line JUST NOT RIGHT!! This is happening repeatedly. Yes the food is DAMN GOOD, but ripping your customers ... NOT SO GOOD! Yea soooo NO STARS YOU THIEVES!!!
I am a repeated customer at SIRG Wings & More. The best "home taste good" you will find! I cannot truly vouche for the ENTIRE menu, as I have not been able to stay away from my first order of wings! The menu seems extensive - everything from wings to philly cheese (and chicken) - I haven't been able to get these sandwiches yet because... (if you made it here) SKIPPER flavor wings! <--- the best tastiing/consistency wings I have had in my llife, hands down!!! (100% real promo, I doubt these people even remember me [seems family run, support black business])
Ordered 24 wings with sides. 30 bucks. Okay. Hawaiian Wings were good. Whiskey ones not so much. Faster than 20 min that they said would be But he charges 75cents for the FIRST sauce. You'd think you'd get one dipping sauce free, then if you must.. additional a charge. Asked for Owner. He went on and on about the price. Me: So find away around it . I says. Buy your sauce in bulk and use your own cups. He balked at that. Said Hallelujah have a nice day. SMH
I’m am not happy at all with what I have experienced at this restaurant. They are very unprofessional, very rude and they have very poor attitudes with the customers. This is my last time going here If I could rate 0 stars best believe I would. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone and I don’t recommend for anyone to work there. Always read reviews before you go because this is most definitely more a 1 star than a 5 star.
Phone order placed with one person, just to be placed on hold and give the same order to a different person(both females).Now I have to repeat myself. Both Reps rude & unfriendly. No soft skills at all. Walk into pickup my order - negative energy, not welcoming at all & of course my food is not ready. No updates on time. I get my 8pc wing combo that does not come with any dipping sauces. I’ve order several times in the past and received dipping sauce. I will not be coming back. Food is not good and the service is horrible. I wish I could give 0 stars?
