So disappointed. Went thru drive thru 11am today. Order#78. Worst $11.34 ever. Ordered a 3piece mashed potato and apple pie. 2 chicken was cold and the other was warm. Did I mention the potatoes were missing?!? I try to call and address issue but was hung up on 4times back to back like not answering at all then just pick up and hang up.
I just left up here in line about 15 mins get home chicken old rice hard my grand baby said chicken dry..l paid 28.00 dollars to get home to be up set.I promise u wouldn't had gave this to ur family for dinner..call up there no one answer phone..I come back tomorrow I needed my order re did or my money back. Very bad business to stay in drive thru that long n get bad food every one needed to be fired.
I Do NOT recommend this particular Popeyes, the customer service was decent but the chicken was small and dry. I've tried several times but they have proved that they don't care about the product they serve. Stay Away!
Trying to figure out why the inside is not open and why the line is wrapped around the corner likes it’s 2am at Jack in the Box, and nothing is ever hot, when u ask for dark meat you get white meat and vice versa , say man who owns this mofo,
Popeyes has good chicken. My visit was extra special because the Lady in front of me paid for my $25 order. I received the Blessing. ?
This must be the slowest POPEYES ever!!! The inside is permanently closed apparently and if you’re wondering why the drive thru line is all the way to the street it’s because they take one order and won’t take another until the first order is ready and customer pays and gone… Then they take the second order and won’t take the third order until that customer is gone… and so on! They have everyone waiting for at least 20-35 minutes … I don’t knows who’s the manager here but you’re doing an awful job with the service through the drive thru and the inside has been closed forever
Almost got sick eating this! shut the whole pace down!this is the worst popeyes location in Dallas. Go here if you want to get served chicken with blood in it so you can get food poisoning! Close this location down ASAP and stay away!
Way so slow, even for a fast food place. Lobby is closed, not enough help. So Long lines. An Uber Driver got priority service when they broke in line in front of me. Grrrrrrr
For the 1st time in a long time. . .. Chicken was fresh and delicious! I complained and got refunds several times. I have to give them a great review because it was delicious today!!
Line was out the parking lot. I suggest they let people order inside to reduce traffic. Food was seasoned properly and they had several specials to choose from.
