I should have read the reviews (like I typically do) before ordering. I went straight to my pizza hut app. Pizza was delivered 2 hrs later (when app said 1 hr). App never told me whether my pizza was otw or not. Tried to call & store phone msg said it was closed (although it was 45 min before closing). Was just trying to check on my order since app wasn't properly tracking my order. Driver finally arrived at 11:45 (when I was about to cancel) & explained to me the store was short-staffed & so were the drivers. He gave me a free drink for being patient & friendly. But for a Friday night I'd like to see the store be more prepared. Also I'm not sure if the app is dependent on the store workers but that could be adjusted. Also I understand the phone message not allowing orders after a certain time but maybe changing the message from "closed" to not accepting orders then re-routing to a Q&A clerk...that might be more efficient.
My Pizza was delivered fresh and HotEven more with a broken dislocated foot.Thank God yall feed me good .Never know someone's situation..Service and great food delivery is so important..Thanks ! Pizza Hut DeSotoYou make DeSoto look good
We never recieved our pizza that was ordered. First it was an 1 hour wait , when I called the person there told me the pizza was cold and they have to remake it and it will be an additional 45 min. They asked me if I wanted to cancel I said no dont cancel . I called back an hour later to find out they had canceled my order. Will never order again. The manager would not talk to me on the phone.
Terrible customer service. Ordered pizza get there to pick it up. No one to be found while I’m looking at my pizza sitting on the oven waiting to be boxed for 4 minutes. I call out to see if anyone was there managers screams I’m coming on the phone. He comes 3 minutes more later now my pizza sitting even longer. While I’m waiting I snapped pictures of not only no one at the register but filthy dirty floors? along with my pizza still sitting on the outside of the filthy oven. Manager finally came from the back I questioned my pizza being outside the oven for extended amount of time. The manager walked away laughing with his coworker about it ?I wonder what the health department would find here?? I called corporate soon as I left hoping someone would answer.I DONT RECOMMEND Eating pizza at this place?
Worst pizza place ever single time I go oder from for my parents is always something once for pick up and use my points for free wings they didn't have no wings at all told me I had to wait for my points to go back never did. Everytime I Try to order for delivery is be say like more 195-205minutes I was surprised that when I try it last night it said 30-45 but when I go check it says my order wouldn't be delivered after more 2hours I try to call around 12 times and no answer. Never have experience a place like this
I waited for three hours for a pizza that was supposed to be at my house an hour after I ordered it. I called the restaurant four times and was ignored. Finally, without notifying me or anything, my order got canceled. I could understand if maybe it was super late or close to closing, but I ordered at 6 pm! This is ridiculous. Would never recommend this place to anyone with service this inconsiderate.
Placed an order at 7pm was told my order will not be available until 9pm - I was ok with that knowing there is a shortage of workers but by 10:30 I started calling, when someone finally answered they told me they canceled my order? They could not tell me how or when I would receive a refund - then was told “If you want to place another order you can just don’t know when you will get it”
There was very little cheese on the pizza and it was over baked. The wings were not coated but appeared to have had sauce squeezed out of a bottle as most of it was in the bottom of the container.
I placed an order at 2:56pm for delivery to my grandmother's. By 3:36pm I received a text that my order was out for delivery. The shop isn't even 10 minutes away from the delivery address. By 4:30 I'm calling the store several times to find out if there's an issue with the order because the food hadn't been delivered. 5:00pm the driver delivered cold pizza and wings. Avoid them unless you're able to carry out.
Actually have the store answer the phone. I called well over 6 times trying to get an update on my order, randomly showed up almost 2 hours after i placed it. the fact the store didnt answser the phone at all or call me to let me know their is a delay is not acceptable. Store is not professional , drivers are slow.
