This place was recommended and on the evening I visited, while there were people inside the door was locked. The guy inside would not acknowledge me attempting to enter. I returned to my car and after a few minutes the guy and people approached the and upon them exiting I ask he he was already closed evthough the posted closing time was 10:00pm, this was 9:15pm. I won't go back things happen but customer service is still key. If that's your closing time great but change your website and sing on your door.
I do not appreciate this restaurant. How dare you sell me spoil food that caused me food poisoning. Yes this establishment is no good, please do not eat there.
All I can say is this fish is way to expensive for it to not have no kind of seasoning on it. I knew soon I smell it that it wasn’t going to be that good oh well I tried it lol. Tarter sauce way to sweet I had way better fish than this first n last time I go here.
Wings are great but service is anything but. Called over the phone to place an order for pick up and was told I couldn't place an order because the grease was being changed and wouldn't be ready for an hour or an hour and half. No problem, I said to myself, I'll go there and I'll wait until they are ready. Within less than 10 minutes I enter the establishment and placed my order. I was expecting to be told that the grease was being changed, but I wasn't told anything. After I placed my order and waited outside I noticed the young man who answered the phone brought an order out to a car that was already there before me.I was told my order would take 15 minutes or so. I waited about 20 minutes and walked back in to see the 2 young men working 1 with a fro the other with dreads sitting in the corner taking to each taking a break. I said" is my order ready" he replied yes, walked over and retrieved my order. I thought it was odd that he didn't bring the order out or motion for me to come in ; because he understood that I was waiting. I guess it's a common case of not wanting to be at work ?.
Manager is real unprofessional!! When I spoke with him about my underage sons payment he was evasive and then called another underage employee to tell my son he was fired!! How do you encourage your children to thrive or enhance with all these insubordinate mechanisms set in place by people like him.
I ordered through Yelp. They took the payment but when I go to pick up, location was closed.
We use to like this restaurant. We called a few months ago to place an order and the guy who answered the phone was so rude we canceled our order. So a few months later (this week) we decided to give them another chance and the same guy answered and was even more rude so we just hung up. Good Customer service goes along way and we won’t give them anymore chances.
Marcus is exploiting the under age employees that’s working for him by not paying them when they are supposed to be paid
I love to support black restaurants and businesses but my experience was typical of most black owned businesses. It took 1 hour 1/2 to get our food and most of it was cold when we got it . The worst part is me and my sister was the was the only people in the place. I hope they will improve after reading this review because with the time it takes to get 2 orders I can’t see they could possibly be making any profit and hopefully they won’t loose their business.
Don’t order the burger $10 of absolutely nothing but bread meat and cheese. So disappointed.
