After multiple failed delivery experiences, I thought it better to order carry out. There were at least 5 customers waiting on orders and none of the employees there seemed to know what was needed. The employees were clearly overwhelmed and could not located orders. One employee (who may have been a leader for the shift) came from the back and reprimanded the employees in the front for not telling her that they needed help. The back area was unkempt. Trash and dirty floors were the most obvious issues. Workers went from touching the computers, money and scratching their faces and hair to touching the pizza dough and preparing food. One person dropped dough on the floor picked it up, trashed it and grabbed more dough. There was no hand washing. When my order was located it was wrong and unable to be fulfilled. I had seen enough to know that eating from there was no longer a safe option and requested a refund. The apparent lead had no idea how to handle my refund request and appeared to need to call someone over the phone for help. A clear lack of direction and leadership lead to an awful experience for customers and the employees. I do not recommend anyone eat here until there is a significant change in management. Hiring young people has no positive impact on a community if there is not investment in their training and development. DO BETTER!
Always trust your guts. I walked in and started to turn around. Everyone is running around in there with their coats and sweaters on. No uniform. Looking they literally came off the streets and started working in the clothes they had on 2 weeks ago. The pizza looks like it was thrown together. Then to add insult to injury, I found a piece of wood in the pizza. NEVER AGAIN I will buy from that location.
This Papa John’s purposely makes ordering online unavailable. They don’t have enough staff within the establishment, but if you can’t handle the workload of being a popular restaurant…close it until you hire enough workers that are suitable. This is an EXTRAORDINARY convenience to anyone in this area because the phone is rarely picked up as well and they don’t honor online specials over the phone. Obviously. I would advise anyone to simply go with Pizza Hut or Dominos instead of attempting to deal with this madness. Heck, there is even a Little Caesar’s directly next to this Papa John’s if you’re feeling frisky. Many blessings.
Do not order from here. It’s nasty & filthy in the kitchen. Young kids working there playing in their hair, touching on each other & then making your food with their bare hands. Their friends are hanging out in the kitchen like it’s a clubhouse. No one in uniform. Young girl walked to the register drinking a Mountain Dew as she greeted me. Pizza was made ALL wrong I wanted half beef half pepperoni as I don’t eat pepperoni & my man doesn’t eat beef. They put it all together all over the pizza & after seeing kitchen conditions I requested my money back & my next assignment is to call the health department.
We ordered a pizza and they said 10 tp20 min we get there to pick it up and they said they delete all cash orders and wanted us to wait a hour and a half. My familywill never order from this place again. They dont care about there job or there customers. I gave them no stars bc of the experience I had.
My order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I get here to the store and I’m still waiting almost an hr. I don’t see anyone washing their hands they are handling money and making pizza at the same time. Orders not ready and they are chatting amongst each other. I will have to order from another pizza place or go to another city. This is sad
This papa john's is HORRIBLE!!! I went in and attempted to order a New York style pizza and I really thought the employees where either fighting or having a party. The young man had on a regular white shirt and slides!!!! Is this type of non profesional Papa John' s are hiring !!!!!! Not one employee had on gloves or a mask, and she was even wiping her nose!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!! I be sticking to Pizza Hut !!!???
Ordered. Waited for the expected 37 minutes. No pizza. Tried calling and no answer. After an hour and no contact I finally see in my email that the order was cancelled. Really bad customer service guys. At least have an automated system text or call me to let me know, right?
Ordered for pick up and went in to pick the pizzas up. I was not greeted at the door. No employees were in uniform. The kitchen was a mess. The pizza was not done so I waited and when I got home I discovered that neither of the pizzas that I ordered were fully cooked. I contacted papa Johns customer service but received no reply. Do not order from this papa Johns.
