I went here to pick up a to-go order. Order was ready to go when I got there so great I thought! When I got it to where it needed to go I was told that they forgot the drinks and the extra chips and salsa. Had to drive back and get it. They were like oh yeah the drinks! No apology or anything like that, but they got it done fairly quick and got it to the people who were waiting on it. They were happy so I was happy. But the to-go staff really needs to be more mindful of these things in my opinion. Nobody likes to drive back to get things that the restaurant failed to give in the the first place.
The service here was excellent!And the food , delicious!Our server was always close by and not once on her phone. She was so helpful and friendly also.This will be my OTB restaurant for now on!
This establishment had gone down the drain. If I could put a half of one star. I was there for my mother-in-law birthday party and it was ruined. Things started off fine at first as we were waiting for our other guest to arrive. Once our other guest arrived, we had to continually as for chips, when there's a table of 10 people, we should automatically get 3 bowls and we only kept getting 2 bowls. My family and I literally sat at the our table for over 20 minutes waiting for re-fills on water. Our waitress, had told my sister that if we want more water, we can get the water off the counter where they make the chips. Not only that, it took an hour before we got our food. That's not even the worst part, the food was cold, and one of my family members never received what she asked for. My husband and I ordered 2 fajitas for two, and they had the nerve to bring out the chicken reheated from the microwave. When you get fajitas, they are suppose to be sizzling hot, not microwave heated with smoke coming from it. I have a brother that's a type 1 diabetic and when he took a bite out of his quesadilla and got sick because of the food had been sitting out too long. That angered my mother and I. My mother-in-law and other family members food, was cold and just not fresh. My sister and I were served margaritas without tequila. Once the manager was spoken to, her name is Gabbie, she didn't have a care in the world about our concerns and wanted us to pay for our drinks because she said those couldn't be compensated. My issue is, why would you serve an alcoholic beverage drink and you don't have what you need to go in the drink. Our margaritas were watered down and not frozen. I did pay for my drink because I finished it. Everything else we did not pay because the lack of care, or time, and the fact that people can get food poisoning after your food reaches a certain temperature especially with someone who is a diabetic. To top it all off our waitress was training and doing a bad job providing any kind of good customer service. My opinion only but, I do not recommend anyone go here after the service we received.
I ordered delivery and specifically ask the Door dash to get a receipt as I am from out of town on business. They told him they only give the one one the bag. Which is only a order receipt not a real one needed for people's expense reports and would not give him a real one. Also it would have been nice to have something to eat with.. no utensils. I am here for 2 weeks and eat Mexican food 80% of the time. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this place again. Makes me wonder if the kitchen is ran correctly if they can't even do the simple things right SMH!

No wait to be seatedThey had everyone 6 ft apartSaw staff wearing mask (some) but it was not required of guest (if that's your thing)We got full off the chips and queso with ground beefBut we did at least try our food.He got the 3 taco carnitas and I got the big border burrito and then split that with him as well. Pleasant experience, nice service. Food was good.Seemed like they were operating with 2 servers for the floor and they did great team work in my opinion.
Great experience that started with salsa and chips.Taste the difference when we added the queso dip.My fiance, one that said she can never eat Mexican,said that the food is so good, she shall return again!To me, the food was quite delicious, a hearty delight.Enjoyed the ambiance, the service... and every bite
Service was great. Both times I've been to this location recently service has been A1. The food is cooked as it should be. Place is clean. The beef fajitas are cooked right. Flavor is bland. Chicken was perfect. Shrimp was good. Beans and rice are bland as well. Not much flavor. I am of Mexican decent so don't take my critiquing of a "Mexican" restaurant to serious. I expect everything to taste somewhat authentic.
Chips and salsa great, but this $11 smoked pineapple margarita was more sweet than anything. I tasted no tequila. Picture is of the margarita without ice. So you get more ice than mix. ?
Food was ok, room temperature. Would have liked it more if it was warmer. Drinks were good. Services were good. What I will remember are those fried stuffed chicken jalapenos! So delicious
