This is the worst place ever. If I could have given zero stars I would have. I placed an order at the Desoto location. I never received my pizza. I called back to inquire and the manager or whomever lied and said they tried to call me several times....that was a lie. He also lied and said the driver stated they rang the doorbell several times and no one answered....that was a lie....noone ever showed up. He said he was going to call the driver to see where he was, he then said he was going to send the driver back out. I still never received my pizza.
I've been a avid fan of Mr Jim's Pizza since they first came out since I ever knew that was of Mr Jim's Pizza I usually order from the duncanville store but this time I ordered from the DeSoto store and there was a problem amongst problems amongst problems started off with me changing my order from a delivery to a pickup and the woman told me that I called her and made my order a pickup when I didn't also I ordered a pizza with pineapples on it and I never got my pineapples when I got there the lady told me to never call her again I believe her name was Carrie said she was the owner she was very rude I won't be ordering from there anymore I will just drive to duncanville and get my pizza from where I am known at
I ordered and paid for a pepperoni n sausage med pizza. What I got was a cheese pizza. Per slice it had 2 pcs of pepperoni and 3 PEA sized pieces of sausage. A Tony's frozen store bought pizza would've had more meat! 2nd time ordering from them but the last time. Places wonder why they struggle and don't get repeat customers...give us what we paid for...that might help.
This pizza place is definitely chosen before Pizza Hut. Ingredients are fresh and food is delivered hot and good timing.
I ordered a pizza over an hour and half ago. Nobody answer the phone, I have not received the pizza. They have already charged my credit card. This is the worst ran operation I have ever experienced. Do not ever, ever ,ever order for this restaurant.
Terrible place I just called to make an order. A lady who doesn't know English very well answered!!!! We r closed. Online says 1030 I said .. she said Do I have to explain everything to you. I have no one here to make your pizza okay. I said you are very rude. And she continued to yell at me I hung up. How un professional. I will not order from there ever. How dare her speak to her customers this way. Your business is not going to prosper with her there. Tried to email. Email address not valid
Everything about it sucked. Took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was cold, not what I ordered, and really just mediocre at best. Save your money, call dominoes. #firstworldproblems

Very nice!!! It was late when I decided to order pizza even Pizza Hut wasn’t delivering at this time but Mr Jim’s did!!! Thank you for making my pizza ? just as I requested , it tasted delicious and I won’t forget those delicious brownies ! you guys make oh myyy they are delicious and just melt in my mouth thank youuu !! . keep up the great work
Pizza is good, minus having to call 4 times because the lady answering the phones kept hanging up in my face. Not really a good way to increase sales huh ?
