Ordered a McChicken through the drive through, asked for pickles to be added. Once I opened the wrapper it was only lettuce and mayo, no chicken patty or even the pickles I asked for. The manager on duty when I called didn't seem to care the staff messed up an order and I could care less how much I spent it's the fact I didn't get what I ordered.
Decided that the Pleasant Run location would better suit or commute to Glenn Heights.Service was expedient and exemplary.Hot food, cold drinks, and courteous smiling faces..
Went there before the lunch crowd made it. Drive thru seem to be moving fast despite the log lines. You can order food indoors via touch screen or at counter.
Y'all need to GET it together... You never know who knows who in the world and I am the wrong one to make feel some type of way...Aw../FULL/so bad..U really do NOT deserve the one star
At 8am we attempted to use the bathroom and order some food. But the inside was locked, even some early morning employees were stanting outside waiting to come in. 30 degrees outside at the time. Management eventually came to the door and refused to let us use the facility's restrooms. Window advertising 24 hour service and dining room open at 8am. Not so fast yall.
4 sausage mcmuffins with hash browns. To get the guys started in am Lil over 8 bucks. Big thumbs up

Always friendly, courteous, and accurate. This is my go to McDonald's location. I like how they greet you the way you're supposed to greet people. Great job to all of the employees there. Keep up the Awesome job!!
I came in to the kiosk, but wasn't able to see what I wanted, so I came to the counter and waited for like 8 minutes or so while the manager JUSTIN saw me numerous times. So I said excuse me can someone help me he said there is the kiosks and I stated to him I tried that but it's not working for me. JUSTIN MANAGER told hold a minute. I waited 5 more minutes until a young man came to take my order and he was kind taking my order. I asked for some ketchup and the manager came back and said it's right there so I reach to get some and the container it was in was dirty with 2 ketchup and I placed a big order. I asked can I have some more he snatched the container and refilled. I did inform manager JUSTIN he was rude and unprofessional.He walked off bad customer service...He's need to fix his attitude before he find someone that will not take that and go off on him.
This is the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, no one there has customer service skills and are so rude. They’ll mess up on your order and then get mad that you ask them to correct it.
