The staff are not conscientious. I asked for shrimp. There was no courteous to ask if I wanted cocktail sauce or tartar. They gave me tarter sauce in which I do not eat. I asked for corn on the cob and they gave me the nasty instant potatoes with the gravy. So I tried to call maybe ten minutes after I left to let them know and they DO NOT ANSWER the phone which is irritating. Therefore, I will have to save my ticket and get a refund or get corn the next time. Why be in service and not answer the phone. Come on! Be accountable. Pay attention to your orders and verify with the person in line of the drive through. Gas is too high to drive back! Plus think that if you mess up an order that you have to deliver it. Maybe that will make you have better customer service.
Left Lucy’s about an hour ago. The girl at the window was rude. She handed me my cc and I said thank you and she closed the window. She handed me my food and again in said thank you and she closed the window and walked off. Now on to the food quality. The gizzards were not fully cooked and they were clumped together, the chicken tenders were flavorless. Lucy’s use to be good. Never again will pay wages for bad customer service and food.
This was a good alternative to a burger or fried fish for lunch. I ordered the shrimp fried rice. It was good I didn't expect it to be fried but it gave it added texture which I enjoyed. The rice was not greasy and it was firm to The taste. I hate mushy rice so I'm glad this was cooked to perfection.
The catfish nuggets are cooked fresh. In my opinion, good. I also get the 2 piece dark chicken. Prices are reasonable.
Well I went to this place for lunch, ordered a 2 piece white only special(Breast/Wing) Chicken was hott,mashed potatoes were Hott, fried okra was hott, basic roll. and the sweet tea was the double truth, price was right I will return again.They also have fried fish cooked when you order it.
I go to Luci’s any day of the week They are delicious! The customer service is fabulous. They have awesome specials on Mondays.
This place terrible I went to get fish my fish was so crispy fish fillets doesn't suppose to be crispy? I couldn't taste my fish? and also my fiance had got a 2 piece chicken the chicken was so big I was like what's wrong with that chicken? he didn't like it at all it looked half done his fries was cold and half done Wow! we spent all this money on Bullshit?? we will never go back to this place again!!!!! I had a taste for fish that day just ruined everything.???☹️????
First time to eat at Luci's Chicken. Got two legs. Awesome. Chicken was hot, large legs and breading wonderful. Chicken NOT OLD, but fresh. I will return for more.
Chicken was nice and crispy a bit under seasoned for me .the fries ? could have been a tad bit crispier .. Was all hot and fresh
Lawd!!!! This is my favorite to go to place when I'm in the area its always a must!!! The food is always fresh and most definitely will get you're money worth the food amazing from the seafood..fried chicken and Chinese food is amazing definitely to go to place and if you like sweet tea it is definitely sweet,!! I highly recommend
