Alejandra is incompetent and claims to be a manager. The only thing she seems to be able to manage is running her mouth. This location closed prior to closing hours and I never received my order. Not only do they refuse to refund my money they also refuse to remake the order. Employee present at the time I went in to talk to a manager even admitted an order was left. The employees leave whenever they want, lock the store and don't shut down online ordering. Save your time and money and go else where
The pizza is good, and cheap. Feeding my family of five for less than $10 is a win.
I’m going to keep it simple. If you see the Hispanics in the front, go to a different location. Ever since the Hispanic lady manager has been there I have received terrible service & have had to demand refunds. I always order ahead, I don’t do hot & ready, but still get Cold food, burnt food, dry food, or rudeness.
Great experience ordering online and pickup at the store. Love their supreme pizza and wings. My pizza was ready at the time indicated and I received help with the pickup since it was my first time. Thanks greatly appreciated that.
I really want to give one star but the pizza is usually pretty good. My mother and I like pineapples on our 3 meat pizza but they charge an additional $5.25 for extra topping. I have told them multiple times that since yall charge extra, I expect a good amount of pineapples on the pizza. I've received multiple pizzas where there was literally one or maybe two pineapples on each slice. That definitely is not $5.25 worth! And when I tell them, cashiers sometimes get attitudes as if the pineapples come out their check. I'm not even mad at the $5.25 but if yall charge extra, make it worth the extra!
Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes. Nobody ever came to the window. 12:40 on Saturday July 10th. Place seemed empty. Let me add that I was the only car in line sitting at the window.
Friendly and they make great cheese sticks. Love the drive thru. They attend promptly.

Waited on phone for 14 minutes before they took my order very poor service.
They've gotten my order wrong twice in a row, to make matters worse, the business is very slow. They have to do better. They've slowly gotten worse overtime, however I'm not going to give them just one star; I wish to see them improve as opposed to throwing everyone under the bus.
