This KFC really needs help. Their service is extremely, extremely, extremely SLOW.....drive thru and dining room. I waited inside for 35 minutes after ordering. I came in because the drive thru line was long.As I was standing inside I watched the drive thru line at a stand still.People were coming in and walking out after waiting so long just to order.The people working had no hustle....they were moving super slow like the lines inside and outside were not backed up.SOMEBODY HELP THEM!
I've been through the drive-thru 3 times this pasokt month and each time my order was incorrect. At this restaurant, DO NOT LEAVE THE WINDOW without checking your order no matter how long you have been waiting on the line. If your order has 2 sides, you may only get one. Don't forget to ask for dipping sauce cause you won't get it otherwise, and if you order a 5 piece tender meal, you will only get 4. That happened to me tonight. Ordered 5 tenders and got 4. The workers here were not tested at counting to 5. I was not asked if I wanted dipping sauce and if a cookie came with meal,, I didn't get one. In my haste I didn't count the tenders.Ii may have to drive further, but the service I hope will be better. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!L
I had been craving KFC all week because I went to one near White Rock and it was delicious. I ordered a two piece breast and wing original and the chicken was not done at all. I took it back to the restaurant and the manager tried telling me it was because the breast was bigger than normal. When I told her my wing wasn't done either, she offered crispy. When I received the crispy, she failed to give me a biscuit, so I had to go back and get another one after leaving the store once again. I check my crispy chicken and it's hard and stale, and tastes like it's been fried in old grease. I couldn't even eat the chicken. I trashed it. What really disturbed my is that I watched the manager take a piece of chicken out of my box and put it back in the area where they stored the food. The fact that they are servings people old food after they are paying money to eat is absurd. I will never go back there and this place needs to be shut down. Asap!!
Can't and won't rate this place. Don't go at night! Those kids on that night crew... work is not on their agenda! AT ALL! chicken sandwiches were sloppy and poor customer service, bad hygiene you name it its there!!!????
Terrible service! Plus my wings were stale and they didn't even give me the fries I ordered. But asked if I wanted to ketchup with my fries.
Absolutely no customers in the store I stood in there a good 5 minutes. Wasnt acknowledge cpuldnt place my order. I left same way I came in hungry. Golden chick down road much friendlier employees.. to clarify there was only 3 vehicles in drive thru it was not busy at all. Someone could of at least acknowledged I was there it was extremely uncomfortable them looking at me and pretending I wasn't there. I'll just record when I go back
I paid 20 something dollars for an 8 pc. meal. Got home and started making plates. Come to find out they only put 6 pieces of chicken in the bucket. Reason being you have people not paying attention to what they're doing but can laugh and joke with other co-workers on the clock while you're sitting in a crowded drive-thru. Bet I won't go back to that location again.
Drive thru moves at a good pace the Chicken ? has always been good hot and fresh, very pleasant experience
I spent 29 on three meals and waited 15 minutes just for them to only give me two of the meals I asked for and three drinks. When I talked to a manager she told me I could come back and get my other meal and when I did they act as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m not sure who’s to blame for this but it’s unacceptable. Very unorganized!!
Food was warm, good and quick service.
