I only give one star because we have to. We had a horrible experience at this location. We stood in line for over 5 minutes and no one came to take our order. A man walked up to the front and we thought he was going to take our order so we stepped up and he rudely said “I’m not taking your order.” He gave my husband a very rude stare and called someone over when we let him know no one had taken our order. Come to find out he is the Manager. Then my son ordered a buttery Jack burger and they gave it to him with no buttery sauce and when he went to the front to let them know they forgot the buttery sauce, the rude manager said “oh we’re out”. Shouldn’t that have been told to him when he was placing his order? Completely disappointed in the experience. The food wasn’t Jack In the Box quality either. We were there around 5:30-6:00 pm Wednesday at, June 1, 2022.
Horrible location with untrained staff
They have the food precooked and the fries was always cold and hard, just don't have no luck when I go there
Went to this location for the first time few days ago. Ordered the fajita pita got home noticed there was nothing in it but One slice of lettuce, two small pieces of chicken way down in the bottom, a piece of fajita bread to make it look like volume because the fajita was basically empty as you can see in the photo. Needless to say I took it back for refund. Was told the cook was responsible ??
Tacos were very greasy and soggy..and all our burgers were cold the cheese was nowhere close to being melted..couldn't take it back I was in a hurry and stuck in traffic all my co workers were all upset about there order..people please check your orders cause this has happened before..so much for thinking maybe this time it will be right..this JACK IN THE BOX IS IN DUNCANVILLE TX..ON CAMP WISDOM

$5.38 for two egg rolls ? they're priced about $1.70 something each or $4.49 for 3c. Idk seems sketch or should I say jacked ? so stay away and they'll forget your sauce so don't get the eggs rolls. Did I forget to mention that they farted in their hand and through it at me, I kinda liked it though, extra star for that I guess
Thanks for being open on Christmas day. For my sons and I having lunch at Jack in the Box is almost a family Christmas tradition. Your employees are the best. I enjoyed an ultimate bacon cheeseburger.
Line was crazy but they moved it quickly! Food fresh and they're not stingy with the condiments.?
