Food is generally pretty good. Place is always clean.I wpuld givw them a 4☆s but unfortuanatly I have never been overly pleased about the service. They aren't rude but they are never welcoming. Maybe they should start saying Welcome to ... They always seem stress.
I ORDERED THE 4 PIECE TENDERS THEY WERE SO SMALL IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN CUT IN HALF. THE TENDERS WERE ALSO DRY AND OLD AND SPEAKING OF OLD THE MASHED POTATOES TASTE LIKE THEY HAD BEEN SITTING THERE ALLDAY. THE BIG RED HAD NO FIZZ IT WAS VERY FLAT. THE ROLLS WERE OKAY AND TO TOP OF EVERYTHING I ORDERED AN EXTRA GRAVY BUT THEY DIDN'T CLOSE THE LID SO THE WHOLE THING SPILLED IN MY CAR SO I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO ENJOY THAT GRAVY BUT I WON'T BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I SPENT $31 AND I WAITED ON MY ORDER 10 MINUTES SO IT SHOULD'VE BEEN FRESH SINCE NOONE ELSE WAS THERE.

I had a Uber pick up from here one night and when I got to the drive theu I had 2 door dash orders stacked come thru I accepted them both since they were on the same delivery route as the Uber. Once I got to the window they had neither order ready and asked me to pull up and they would bring it out to me. I waited almost 30 minutes and they never brought the orders out. I saw them give at least 5-10 cars their food but never came out to bring my orders. I kept blowing my horn at the girl in the window to get her attention when she would open the window. Trying to remind her to bring the food out so I ca deliver it. She kept ignoring me. I also googled the phone number for that location and started calling but no one would pick up. After waiting almost 30 minutes I had to cancel the orders and left. When I pulled out the parking lot I called again and then they answered I asked for a manager he said his name was Dominic or Dominique. I asked him what the problem was and why they never brought the orders out that had been pre ordered but kept giving every body in line their orders. He then lied and said the girl in the window brought the orders out. Keep in mind there were three orders one had 4 drinks with it that required a cup holder and the other two orders also had drinks. She didn’t leave all those customers in the drive thru line and bring all those drinks plus three different orders of food outside within the time I pulled out the parking lot and called and got the manager on the phone. I tried to explain this to him but he got an attitude and asked my why did I called back up there just to let him know I left. Didn’t show any professionalism as to why they didn’t have these three customers orders ready when I can and why they gave countless other customers their orders and disregard the previous orders.then he hung up in my face. They did this because it was 30 minutes til closing time and were being lazy and didn’t want to work and carry all that food and drinks out for those three orders. This is also the same location I had a stacked order for some teachers and students at 2 schools during lunch time. The orders had a total of 11 drinks and the manager gave me the cups to make the 11 drinks. I don’t work for golden chick I provide a delivery service not help prepare orders. They are lazy and unprofessional at this location. I will be reporting them to corporate
I picked up an order for a customer and was handed drinks to make them. Delivery drivers do not have a food handlers card or restaurant insurance and can not prepare food or drinks. All items must be in an enclosed container. This is a health code violation.
This location has the best fried fish it is cooked fresh at ordering . Their veggies are always good.Never had a bad meal here. This place is always clean and friendlyMr James the mgr is always nice and friendly.
I just went there and order 9 pieces and mash potatoes and rolls .The chicken was old and hard and The potatoes was absolutely terrible and the rolls was good but I order two orders of 4 rolls for 1.99 and only received 4 rolls total. Now I writing this because I am shocked of what I received I have eaten here many times and never received anything like this before they are usually on point when it comes to this location. Now I am like this I only asking you for what I paid for that is all and that is it. Me I don't mind writing about it and letting people know .You won't get no more of my money that is for sure.
Wow I just had a 6 piece garlic parm boneless wings, and my, my, my. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The service was awesome, staff friendly, everything just like I like it......CLEAN. Yes I will go there again!!!
the store supposed to open at 10:30.. the manager said 15-20 mins at 10:30 while i was n the drive thru. why is the store opening late?
My jalapeño poppers were soggy and smashed in a container and my tenders were lukewarm they tasted old. I called them and spoke with a manager that tried to claim that the tenders were fresh and that my jalapeños were not soggy. Then she hung up even though I was explaining that the tenders jalapeño poppers weren’t good to eat. The golden chick is way better in Ovilla. (I will be calling corporate.) :/
