Wasn’t pleased. Mac&cheese didn’t even taste like it was from a box… kraft would have been better tbh. The catfish were thin strips, and I was expecting what the picture showed but chicken strips would have been bigger. Okra had no flavor. I was so hyped up too. There was more breading on the catfish than there were fish. Maybe they gave me that remnants of the last batch cooked. Best thing was the Brisk tea, the tartar sauce and the roll. None of which were made there. Doubt I’ll be returning.

The Worse location!!I came here for lunch today, as I waited for my order, the customer behind me was ordering and wanted roasted well they were out of a particular piece and he asked to substitute for a fried piece, they told him no, he asked Why? The attitude the young lady had should have been a sign for me then. I get my food from the guy in the back, though the chicken is on display in the drive thru view, checked just to make sure the order was correct. As I’m driving home I kept smelling a weird smell, I get home open my box and the chicken is old, like it was de dipped in grease to seem hot, the bread was hard. There is no point in returning as I was back at worth, and with the attitudes I saw from the employees I was able to get lunch somewhere else. If I ever actually want GC I will go to Lancaster location, but I strongly doubt that and will just not waist my money at this establishment
Food was good but they didn’t give me any napkins they never do they are very slow I barely got any french fries I’m not going back
The staff are the worst. Just standing around giving evil looks at customers. Did not get all the food. Had to go back and get the order right. Then they made it seem like it was my fault. I waited 24 minutes for our meal and we were the only ones there. Never eat here
Just left this location. My fault for the experience because they were laughing and playing including manager knew order wasn't going to be right. And didn't get my whole order. It's raining and line too long to go back. Lesson learned!
Drive thru service was hitting. Wesley was courteous and great. Young man was professional recited my order and thanked me for coming in. DON'T GO HERE! Shorted on chicken, absolutely no sauce, burnt fries. Also they will not answer your call, if they do by mistake expect them to hang up on you. Biggest rip off; i expect better from the GOLDEN CHICK BRAND. Its probably just the Franchise that does not care; it shows in there cleanliness and employees.
The food and service was pretty good. They were limited on the cuts of chicken available but it was still good.
Not sure why if I order 25 piece strips I can only get gravy and not a small gravy and other dipping sauces because if I ordered a four piece I'm sure I will not get a large grade
