Food great. They season well and I ran across a piece of bay leaf as evidence on seasoning! The barbacoa was fabulous and their burrito bowl will replace my trips to Chipotle. I don't like the limit of 3 toppings and then they stacked $0.50 charges for each extra topping and corn, BUT it was worth it! Customer service needs some work.
First experience dining there.Steak meat kinda dry...I didnt get tomatoes or cheese.Will try again.
Tacos have ground beef not as expected and corn is so small for 6.00
I use to love go loco they was good but now the food be cold. So I stop eating there and I just stay around the corner from it
The food is definitely lacking these days. I used to eat here all the time. But seems as though they have an 3 dollar up charge for onions and tomato's. My meal turned into a $15 dollar meal. If I wanted to pay that I could have eaten out at an actual high priced restaurant. They need to bring back their deals that they used to have. Also customer service could be a lot better. I was speaking Spanish and the lady than acted as if she didn't speak it when clearly I heard her speaking Spanish. Also, food trays were dirty cheese falling into beans, rice falling into other trays. It looked very messy. Hope they can get it together because the food was good.
Poor service went in to get tacos like always and the price was double what I normal pay, I tried telling the lady that I dont normally get charged that amount. She had an attitude saying that's the correct price. Lady seemed bothered, an in a bad mood. I will not be returning ever. Learn how to have good customer service even if your in a bad mood...
I just left the location on beltline in desoto and the lady tried to charge me almost 3 extra dollars for pico. On the sign it clearly say fill it and list the options with NO EXTRA CHARGE. I pointed it out to her and she must have been tired are didn't have time for my complaints. I would not know because I dont speak Spanish all I know is she was angry that I pointed out that guacamole is the extra charge. I know this because I ate there 3 times last week I wasn't charge for pico So I left the whole order. I won't be back because instead of addressing me in English she went into a Spanish rant and I no longer feel comfortable eating there because I don't know what was said. All I know is she was MAD.
I previously gave a bad review for this restaurant. However, I was contacted by someone and he completely understood my concerns with compassion and empathy he accommodated me for all my inconvenience. I love the customer service I received to make things right.
No customer service what so ever. The young lady didn't have no conversation ethics. What got to me the most was that she pretended to not know her native language, being Spanish. Won't go there again!
They use to run specials everyday...tacos was 99 cents after 8pm everyday...now no specials regular price..Tacos are 1.99 now....not a good move...Yall use to be my go to to get tacos...not anymore?
