I've been going there since it opened. It started off great and has just gone downhill. My coffee is never consistent and they never keep employees long enough to learn your orders. If I had another one closer I would be going there because this one just can't get right
The absolute worst. They are slow and I mean slow. You can be the only customer and it will take them 20 minutes to make a drink. They never have anything in stock and you can come as soon as they are open they will be out of donuts, coffee, sugar, etc. They always get your order wrong. The kids that work there are always playing inside the store. They either need to reopen with a new crew or shut it down.
Superb service. The new refresher line of drinks were amazing. No doughnuts though. Guess supply chain issues.Regardless, an excellent visit.
Ordered coconut donut at 0700 and it was hard and they were out of the stuffed croissants and stated they were out all week. When you go to other Dunkins and the service is better, you wonder is the service bad because of the side of town it's on.
Ok so I ordered about $20 of food and I'm thoroughly disappointed. I ordered my food and when I got to the window was told to pull foward, of course with them already handing me my drink, so that was going to be gone before I've gotten my meal. My hot shamrock drink barely had any green in it, so I hope we aren't getting charged for food coloring and the drink barely looks green. My avocado toast looks NOTHING like the picture lol, my hash browns was cold considering the wait. The last thing that got me was the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap that's barely edible. My sons won't even eat it, its so crispy and the cheese so burnt, overall not a good stop today.
Wife wanted a blueberry muffin. Google search along my route home in Duncanville from De~soto Children's Academy (Desoto) suggested this location. Server was ultra-polite, professional and gracious .
The worst place. They did not have the flavors to prepare a banana split, I had to pick up some other flavors.They did not put any chocolate and strawberry topping and plus they gave a little spoon. The spoon they give to taste the ice creams
Tykeeya and Mrs. Stephanie really the WHOLE STAFF are awesome they were SUPER BUSY LIKE SUPER BUSY. I watched them get every customer from the drive thru to the inside in and out with grace and precision. No one complained and they all were WORKING FAST to get us out in a timely manner. I didn’t see any one of the employees frowning or upset. They all had a smile on their face. Definitely the Best DUNKIN hands down
We ordered ice cream from the Baskin Robin's inside with Dunkan donuts. ice cream was great. But for 3 it was $15.
Currently they are not letting you order inside of the restaurant. However the doors are open to walk inside to pick up an online order… Didn’t make much sense. Anyway, it’s all about customer service and surely this Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t have that! We walked inside to order and immediately the lady at the front counter pointed us to the sign on the door ? and rudely asked us to go to the drive-through.One plus: the drive-through service was pretty fast.
