I ordered a pasta bowl and a cheese dip bowl. I literally saw these people drop my dip on the tray not paying any attention to what they were doing, and literally pretending like it didn’t matter. I’ve been waking on my food for an hour and 15 minutes…I don’t know what the deal is, but something different needs to be done or somebody is getting reported.Not coming back to this location…
Super slow, doesn’t take 45 minutes to an hour to make a single pizza.They won’t even make it until you show up at the door, so no point of ordering online ?. Just walk in and if it took them more than 10 min to start your order, then just walk across the street to their competitors and save your time.
They were very slow on orders. I waited for an hour and twenty five minutes. I would have gotten my money and left but my grandkids wanted that for dinner. The pizza was good though.
Awful. Non professional. The app for online ordering should notify if the delivery is possible or not.I understand the shortness of help, but don't avoid answering the phone when one is calling. Incredibly frustrating.The employees working do not even greet you upon entering!!
The worse service EVER!!!! I placed a order at 6:00 and it’s 10:15 pm and the order is supposedly on the way however it said they were 1 minute away 20 mins ago don’t waste your time with them!!
Ordered pizza with pepperoni, sausage and green peppers. We received pizza with japelono not green peppers and too much tomato sauce
I placed an order online for delivery because I just got off of a 12 hour shift, too tired to drive anywhere and my 5 year old and I were starving. I went ahead and used my rewards for it. Come to find out after waiting 40 mins they had cancelled my order because they dont deliver to my address. Which also means my rewards points were temporarily gone. Supposedly they have had issues in the past with the apartments around here sending orders to houses on my Street. Not my actual address just the Street.. I do not live in an apartment I live in a house. Yes they have a right to refuse service to anyone. But I order from other locations often when I'm at work and sometimes when my elderly mother babysits for me I will order delivery for them bc she cannot drive at night. Its not right that my entire neighborhood suffers bc of something that happened who knows how long ago. Its dissapointing that they wont even try to work with you on it and allow you to prove this is your address. When I'm home I'll just have to order from another business
Placed an order tonight for carry out four pizzas in total. One of the pizzas I requested extra cheese (paid the extra fee) and there was barely any cheese on the pizza! I had to open a bag of cheese from home, put my cheese on it and microwave it so the cheese can melt and I can have the extra cheese I paid for.Another pizza was ordered half cheese and half pepperoni ??♀️ The half that was supposed to be cheese pizza SAME THING, hardly any cheese. 3rd pizza was pepperoni, it had a BIG air bubble on it so that big spot had no cheese or pepperoni on it. 4th pizza my husband requested yellow peppers and there were about 6-7 peppers in total on the whole medium pizza.Only thing that was good was the cheesy bread and cinnamon twists we ordered ??♀️$56 was our total and it was not worth it at all.I will be calling manager in the morning.
I am a Dominoes Lover this store will not answer the phone half the time, never gives any of these commercials phony free items, and customer service makes you speak softly or u will get hung up on.Today 12/29/21 on hold 19 mins I just hung up.Absolutely no Accountability.
Workers wear and enforce mask wearing but do not wear gloves prepping and preparing orders ? what happened to sanitization and no cross contamination
