I don’t recommend this Dairy Queen.Even though it’s newly opened. The customer service is awful!! Ordered at drive thru was asked to pull around and wait. Sat extended amount of time so I drove back to the window for my meals that were prepaid. The reps ignored me at the window until I blew the horn then she was Rude and short with answers!I DONT Recommend this restaurant.
Horrible customer service! I received my order in pieces. After sitting in the drive thru, I had to drive around to the front to receive my chili dog, then my drink was brought out, when asked where were my fries, the young man said that he didn’t know if my order came with fries. I requested that my order be completed, he sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes at me. I went to the door and was informed that he doesn’t speak English. What?! I waited at the door for my fries. Same young man brought them out, I said thank you and he said ‘you’re welcome’ ….taking my money elsewhere
I missed it while it was closed....but how do you reopen with no lettuce for the sandwiches, no ketchup, salt or pepper and say in the same breath that your manager hasn't ordered all that was needed to serve what's on the menu
Was so happy that this location is back open, new building, same old thing.. in the drive thru for 30 minutes, too much standing around playing around.. don't know if there is a manager on duty or not but whoever it is, needs to be retrained ASAP.. yep money wasted on a remodel, but the same old bad customer service.. it should have stayed CLOSED...
They recently reopened. I ordered the XL Chili Dog, it wasn't as good as I remembered.
ordered two combos and a reese’s blizzard (and has to repeat the order like 4 times bc whoever took the order wasn’t listening and kept saying wrong items that we didn’t order) and they didn’t give our fries for the combos, the blizzard or straws. so when we asked for the blizzard and provided the receipt we were still looked at like we were lying and still didn’t get our fries. this restaurant needs to be closed back down and these employees need more training.
My first time visiting since they remodeled the place. I’ve received good service in the past. This time I was disappointed my burger was cold, they were out of salt and ketchup. Why weren’t these items ordered before reopening.?
Ordered 3 tacos and a Dude burger got a freaking cheese burger took it back and then got another freaking burger…. Should have stayed closed.
Everytime I try to go there, it's closed! I don't know what's happening???
Nasty place behind the counter. Manager came to window cursing about the food. Health dept came to visit them. I gave my food back they took it back there and put it back in the same place it came from. I told them I touched it. No one cared. I just asked for a refund haven't been back. Love DQ but this one is terrible. Because of Covid restrictions they know not to do that. ??♀️
