On this day, I was at your drive thru, and you told me to hold on. I waited, and at 2 minutes, two of your employees came out from the back of the building and saw me. At 3 additional minutes (making up to 5 minutes), I drove to the window, and saw three employees having a meeting! I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO BE PUT ON STANDBY FOR YOUR MEETING, AND YOU KNEW THAT I WAS WAITING TO BE SERVED! I WILL CALL CORPORATE, AND CHANGES WILL HAVE TO BE PERFORMED!
First and Last time I will visit this location. Had to go thru drive-thru And they were so RUDE that I just left and went to another location and ordered food.
3 employees and no response at the speaker. 4 cars waiting. Whoever manages this place doesn't care about the business. Why bother continue paying those lazy people. Just close it and sell it. We need a closer Chipotle.
The DeSoto Texas location on Hampton Rd had the worst customer service. And it's kitchen and behind the counter area is filthy! I have video to prove what I'm saying. The owner needs to pay a visit as well as corporate to see how unprofessional this location is!
This place is terrible. Terrible service and apparently terrible attitudes about having the product they are supposed to be selling - chicken. Please tell me why they NEVER have chicken ready to sell at 7 PM. You close at 10 PM. We left the DESOTO Church's because they NEVER have anything available. Their chicken strips are always 'sold out' or frozen. I am over them!! The owner needs to reevaluate the staff and should assess how they oder from their vendor. You should know your average customer flow and what is needed to provide the food they want to BUY. We left and went to the Lancaster church's where we were able to get EVERYTHING WE WANTED. They never have anything on the menu, and you are greeted with an attitude with every visit. I would not waste any time visiting this location. I promise if there was an option for ZERO that's what they would have received.
Waiting an hour for an order is ridiculous, and they still have an attitude about it, one star is too many for this place
Place is dirty, workers are dirty, service was slow, order was incorrect, biscuits were gray, didn't even eat them. They only got a start because it would allow less.
If I could leave 0 stars. They don't come to the speaker they don't care they only have sweet tea. Which I like but it's been like that for a while now. Safe to say this store is trash don't waste your time unless you have time to waste
Do you know how bad you have to be for me to login to google and leave a bad review. I get there and it said dine in open wear a mask. Went to open door and they had them locked. So i go thru the drive thru and try to order a special they had on their window. The lady says its not in their system so she cant honor it. ITS POSTED ON Your WINDOW! Then they're always out of something and the employees have bad attitudes.Only reason i went is because of my daughter requested it.
