We wanted to grab lunch here but the line up to order AND to pick up were so long. It was at least a 30 min wait. We did not see many staff members behind the counter. Unfortunately, we could not wait any longer and went elsewhere for lunch.
Staff is pretty rude don't give you any real portions, the food from the line is more than cross contaminated and overall they don't even know how to keep their stations clean because even the glass over the food is dirty. there are better ones around than this one. With people who do their jobs and not complain about doing their job and doing it wrongly
If you’re thinking of ordering online and picking up your food at the restaurant, make sure to give yourself at least an hour because your food WILL NOT be ready within the time frame given on the app. This location is easily the slowest location I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here at least 5 or 6 times and it’s always the same thing.
this Chipotle is so trash...... I ordered my food for delivery and its almost 9pm when the estimated time was 7:36 but somehow my order was cancelled. Do i have to come back there and make my food ?!! Not to mention there was a leaf in my burrito bowl last time. I"m so glad that the one in Glenn Heights is better.
Online order gone wrong. 6 out of 6 items were prepared incorrectly. No mild sauce, no brown rice, kid meal is incomplete. Called store but no answer, so here's the bad review.
This is my second time ordering from this location and both times I had to cancel my orders. Today I placed an order for pickup at 12pm only to get there and the store is closed. No one is answering the phone and all I want is a refund. It’s sad that locations that are in the black neighborhoods provide the poorest customer service. Management need to reconsider who they hire. Everybody wants to blame it on the pandemic. No it’s not the pandemic it’s sorry people that really don’t want to work. If you’re considering this location skip right over it.
Ordered a veggie bowl. I picked it up assuming my bowl was fine. They didnt contact me that there wasn’t any guacamole.Other locations have contacted me when there wasn’t any guacamole.
Staff is awful!! Portions are thrown together like slop! Order in app is a joke as ticket is thrown to the end of the line. Refund system is a joke!! You donate $11 because the customer service line does not work! This location should be shut down!!!
NEVER EVER GO HERE. The workers seemed very bored to be there. The server was very stingy in the portions he gave me. I paid the price of a full bowl, when it's barely halfway filled. If your money is important to you, do yourself a favor, and go to a different Chipotle, where you will get your money's worth of food. Also, just for clarification purposes, I was there in person, ordering the food, and there was no line and it was not rush hour, where they were very busy.
Giving 3 stars is being generous. I’m glad they were making an effort to be clean…but the place smelled very strongly of bleach & cleaning chemicals to the point where it almost made me sick. There were several people there, but seemed like hardly Anyone was working. Most were walking around aimlessly and one girl was wiping the HECK out of the stainless steel refrigerator doors while I was waiting to be served. As if that was more important (likely avoiding any real duties) as the line grew. Mostly everything on the line was out including chicken which of course is a popular product. I did get some chicken from the “online” area, but no vegetables were available. I asked for just a little Corn, the girl scooped the biggest scoop of corn she could (as if to be petty). The kicker came in when they kept screaming for the cashier. FINALLY the cashier came out of the restroom & announced to everyone he was using it. Then he walks past us (two people waiting at the register, one person working the line, several people wandering around in the background). He proceeds to basically throw my change at me, dropped most of it on the counter. Didn’t apologize or acknowledge it. Kept checking his phone & pulling his pants up. Honestly didn’t want him handling my food. But thankfully he had no direct contact with it, but it was still gross! There are many locations better than this one…avoid if possible!
