I really wonder if the owner of this franchise even cares !! Dozens and dozens of complaints and still nothing is being done ! You pull up to the speaker to order but not acknowledged . Not even Hello Burger please hold . Nothing . You have to say hello … then someone will eventually answer ! They take one order at a time , yet they have a note posted about places being understaffed and to basically appreciate the awful service. Burger King do better! The lobby isn’t opened either so be sure to check your order before driving off !

We had 4 people in the vehicle and all if us had a coupons. The lobby was closed. So we went drive through. They take one coupon per vehicle so we had to go 3 time trou the drive through to get all our food. It's took like 35 minutes. And with kids in the car it was very stressful. I think if lobby is closed due to stuff shortage they could at less do better service and take 3 different orders at the first time so we could use the coupons.

Would not recommend anyone to stop here. They take too long to get the line going. Doors were closed and locked, and at the time of this review its 2:40pm. Had no choice but to stay in this slow line ‘cause my wife ordered and paid through the app before coming here. Not sure what needs to change here to make a difference but I’ll definitely book mark this place as to not visit.

There was no entering the building. Stood in line of the drive through for over 30 mins for a dash order, to be told that by a customer that their system was down and they were not taking orders. It would have been nice of the employees to not have wasted my time.

Really bad customer service, went on the drive through, tried to order a kids meal for my kid , lady had a bad tone while telling that they didn’t have any toys for the kids meal , I told her if I could get something else instead, she replied with a bad tone , “No also your not getting any discount either “ her attitude was trashy and ghetto, while at the second window I asked for her name , and she immediately changed her tone and attitude. I’m still giving the review, hoping her manager sees it , by the way her name was Miriam!!!

The service was good, but I remember why I stopped going. Been a while since I had their great .99 whopper, so I went with their latest 2 for 5 special. Bk king and fish sandwich...both roughly the size of a sausage biscuits and could not finish the fish for taste. Perhaps that part is on me, but 2.50 for those. Wha hoppon

Went for breakfast after a long night. Gave my order it was repeated correctly and also put on screen correctly. So, no reason to check my food right? WRONG the whole order was wrong and I did not notice until I was at home(shame on me) but with this Burger King, in my experience that tend to get alot of wrong ?

They are way to slow. I don't care what time of day you go there. Then they don't acknowledge that your at the mic to order, so they don't say wait a minute please. What's wrong with acknowledging the customer. The one off 35 in DeSoto, TX.

I'm glad I opened my burger to spread my pickles because this was what I almost ate in my car. I also did not get a receipt. You never seem to get a receipt when the order is wrong.

Here at 3:30pm. The staff was great. The lady at the window was amazing.Drive thru was slow but that is expected anywhere these day.Order came out right and the food looked good. Tasted good.Good location for travel.
