I went today to get the chicken sandwich that was so awesome only a few days ago. My family got the burgers the first time and weren't impressed but because I bragged on the chicken sandwich so much, they wanted to try it as well. So I call the order in since I was in the area. The guy who picks up was so dry, I mean no customer service whatsoever. I tell him what I want and without asking what I wanted on it, gives me my total. I was like but you didn't ask how I want it. He says well it comes with pickles. I get off because I don't want offend the person preparing my food. I get there and the guy is still dry. I just pay for my food and ask him about getting the chicken sandwich with l, t, p, and o. He says we don't have no lettuce. I don't worry because I have lettuce at home. So I get home and open my wrapper to a tiny piece of chicken compared to what I had just the other day. It was hard, dry, and no flavor. The tomato was old looking...the bun was hard. The inside of the restaurant was hot, but I wasn't even tripping because I wasn't eating in, but this guy's attitude was so trash along with that chicken sandwich. I won't be returning. For the owner, I think you have a good restaurant but this cashier is the primary reason, I won't be returning to somewhere I spend my money only to deal with someone who seems upset that they had to work. This area doesn't have a lot of options as far as food and I was excited about finding Bullez, but not anymore.
Use to be seasoned really good & catfish was really catfish. Today was my last order ever the catfish was uncooked, unseasoned tilapia the okra & fries had no kind of seasoning & the drinks were flat with no ice extremely hot it becomes very hard to support our iwn when our own lacks quality & real goods times to hard to be wasting money save your money this use to be it but it’s not & it’s sad because I had family driving from forney when the fish would good never again

I wish I could give them negative stars. Myself and a few patrons visited there Friday 4/15/22 and it was a god-awful experience. The owner's daughter was in the shouting obscenities while customers were in the place. It was very embarrassing. I will not be going there anymore as the other customers agreed. There are other places to visit instead of this restaurant

It was pricey, but I know why now. The basket had whole wings in it, not the drummets, fries, toast and a drink. It was good. My son ate for two days off of it.
First time going and I was not impressed. I ordered 3 catfish / 4 shrimp, it was $23. Got to work and it was only 2 pcs of fish in the box. My food was cold. I ordered what I thought was koolaid because there was a large Tropical Punch sticker on the dispenser, but it tasted like Crystal light packets and water. Definitely was not happy….definitely won’t go back!
