This place has gone down over the years. I had a family order and the food was ok. Definitely edible but the Mac and cheese was a little salty, the steamed veggies had NO season and the rotisserie chicken was a little on the salty side as well. They also charged $4 for a piece cake about 2 joints of your pointer finger thick and it was dry! I usually get the chicken pot pie and NEVER go wrong but I wanted to try something different today. Guess I’ll stick to my regular order next time, if there is a next time
It was ight :/ i drove 30 miles to this one just to get some ribs that taste like hippopotamus neck and a light coat of BBQ sauce on it. Mac and cheese tasted like punishment. The mashed potatoes got a pass because i really fw mashed potatoes. Ill be back but it wont be for a while
This location has a terrible roach infestation. I've seen roaches in the dining area. On and around the register, on the food warmer and behind the register. This is a serious problem. I've even seen employees screaming and killing Roaches. DO NOT EAT HERE.
Got my favorite chicken pot pie, it was nice, warm and flaky! It was also kind of bland inside. Still warm and hearty to have on a cold day, just add some salt or seasoning.
The store hours show they close at midnight. They were closed when I arrived at 11:30pm. This is the 2nd negative encounter I’ve had at this store location. The first time I ordered a tray of brownies with my meals and when I looked in the bag I had an applle pie. I’d ordered in advance and was just picking up. I told the person in the window about the error and was told there were no brownies. I asked for a manager. The manager came and I told him I didn’t appreciate not being given an option before they just chose a random dessert for me, stuck in my bag, and hoped I wouldn’t notice. I told them I didn’t order nor did I want an apple pie and asked to be refunded. The manager advised he couldn’t refund it because the order had been placed online. He told me to come back another day for the brownies. I asked what kind of proof would I need? He wrote his name on a receipt and said that would be sufficient. Terrible terrible terrible service.
Shut the lights off 45 mins before they were scheduled to close that day. They literally turned the lights out right as I was walking up to the entrance. I know they saw me walking towards the building and they still did that to me. They know they were wrong for doing that, but they didn't care I am sure. Too bad because the food is so darn good!
I always love stopping at Boston Market when I am tired from a long day's work and I don't feel like cooking. Feeding 8 ppl ain't the easiest but it is when you can just run in and order according to the # of ppl you're feeding. You can NEVER go wrong with the whole fryer and multiple sides they offer. The customer service is also on point. Thank you Boston Market!!

The chicken skin was way too salty.I wanted what I ordered. Tried to reach out to Boston market. They gave me an email to email I did the email is no longer valid
I never come here and decided to give it a try. Got the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It tasted worse than hospital food. The meatloaf felt like canned dog food and the gravy was horrible. Sooo watery and bland. Hate to waste food but I just could not put that in my body
