Ordered a single dip cake cup and a medium milkshake. The price on the board was $2.59 for the cake cup and $5.59 for the medium milkshake. When I paid, the price became $2.99 and $5.99.I asked to speak to the manager. The"manager" said the prices had changed 4 days ago and they had not received their new price stickers. He said there was nothing he could do about the price discrepancy. It was a "corporate Decision".
I was given the wrong ice cream so I called since they were closing in 10 mins. The young man said he would take down my name so that I could come and pick up the correct order on a different day. After placing on hold for 5 mins, he never came back to obtain my name. Instead, he disconnected the line. I will not be back. This is not my first bad experience with them. I will take commute to the Kiest location for better service, and adequate scoop sizes as well.
Customer service is very unprofessional, paid for a quart of ice cream which had to be hand packed, after the worker completed packing customer before me he removed his gloves and went to make himself an ice coffee. I was asked after standing for 5 minutes ;if I was waiting on an order and I informed them of my order number on the board pending and he asked was it for the window drive thru, the young woman who took my order comes from the back and informs the worker drinking his ice coffee that he should pack my order. Then asks what flavor again. CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERVENTION NEEDED; rudeness couldn't be the mission of Baskin and Robbins
Not 31 flavors, stale toppings, small scoops, doors should be closed, probably doesn't pass inspection either.
I would give zero stars if I could. This is the most unprofessional rude business I have ever visited. The workers all are standing around doing nothing every time I go in there. Then they have the nerve to have an attitude when you ask them a question. On top of that they are always out of all the flavors any customer would actually want. Like what ice cream place is out of vanilla ice cream? And consistently smh. I will never go back here.
I had a vanilla shake. It was really tasty.

Absolutely awful. I will never order from here again. They never have ANY of the flavors, even ones that are supposed to be specialty for the season. This is the third time this has happened. The first time they didn’t have PLAIN VANILLA. Who runs out of vanilla? And they never inform the Uber drivers or the customer of any issue. I suspect they will eventually have to close if they don’t do something soon to improve business.
I do Uber eats here time to time and tonight I was gone make almost $30 for a double delivery. But they cancelled both orders without telling the customers or me. This has happened multiple times. Along with staff being unprofessional. All of them use profanity loudly with customers inside. One guy looks like he always has an attitude. The manager is there too and acts just like the employees. Terrible
This store will eventually close due to low business. They never ever have specialty item's and the staff is rude. I do uber and each time I go they either don't have one thing or nothing at all the customer or driver is never informed. I refuse to buy or pick up orders. They should really stop accepting uber! It's sad to because if this place functioned like a real BR they would make alot of money
