Good coffee, good ambiance, TERRIBLE people.The coffee in the pot tasted surprisingly good considering that it had been sitting there for hours, as we went late.The ambiance is great.But the people working behind the counter deserve a special mention. One wasn't very spirited, and the other one...OMG...the single rudest person that I have ever dealt with behind a counter of any kind. And her superiors were there, at least two of them!If I managed or owned a place and I had an employee treating people the way this person treated us, I would fire them on the spot. You can have a bad day, you don't have to be all bubbly all the time, or ever for that matter, but throwing the purchase on the counter looking annoyed and continuing to walk without even looking at us? And that was just one incident. She was also mistreating her coworker.If she hates her workplace THAT much, she could very easily find a job elsewhere nowadays. It's March 2022, everyone's hiring.
I probably hadn't been to Zera in 4 or 5 years. I was both surprised and impressed with the changes. They've added a lot of seating so there are plenty of places for an individual or group of people. There's a stage inside so I'm assuming that the live music they used to do occurs in a much larger and nicer fashion. The coffee and coffee drinks have always been good and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be going back sooner than later and can't wait to see what all the updated version of Zera has to offer. The ambiance has always been the draw of Zera and now it's even better. Take the time to check it out. You won't be disappointed.
Great place for coffee and internet! The mission of raising money for recovery programs makes it amazing. Lots of room and friendly service!
LOVE ZERA!!It's more of a coffee shop than a restaurant so it does have limited options for meals but the food they do serve is very tasty indeed. The atmosphere and ambiance is very nice and mellow. On the times I've been in there, they're just seems to be a sweet Spirit. The workers were great and best of all, it is a non-profit with proceeds going towards helping homeless people and those with addictions. That is a cause I can definitely get behind.
I was in here only for a couple of minutes to grab coffee, but I wish I could stay longer! It was such a good vibe and the coffee was so good! I'm definitely going back!!
The coffee was very good. I had a Mocha Frappe with Caramel on top. It was very good.
This is an amazing coffee shop and it supports an amazing ministry too. I recommend it.
? LOVE this place for social gatherings, small meetings, or as a place to get away and work my home-based businesses by connecting to wi-fi. Great coffee and tea selections with baked goods offered. VERY friendly service and welcoming atmosphere. AND proceeds go to a charitable cause! Highly recommend...but not a place to grab a meal fyi!!
Staff was great, coffee was fantastic, and they had a nice seating area where you can study or relax and enjoy your hot-bean-water!
