Yummy, clean, and plenty of options. Yogurt story is a family favorite!
this place was AMAZING!!! They have so many options & items were fresh. my family and I enjoyed we will be back.definitely worth coming
There are no cups for tasting. The owners are very rude.
I've got no problem with COVID safety. I have a problem being lied to.We were told they'd suspended tasting flavors because somehow you'd get more germs on the handles using a small, tasting cup than a big cup (exactly the same process unless people are eating it with their fingers).Anyway, it wouldn't have been a big deal if there weren't a trashcan full of dirty tasting cups (see picture). So, which is it? We're they lying about allowing tastes or have they not cleaned up around their toppings since before COVID protocols?Either way, go to the one on Loop 288 (10 minutes south), instead. So much cleaner and friendlier! Also, the flavor combinations are better (unless you LIKE pina colada/cinnamon roll).
Best place for frozen yogurt ever been coming since I was young and still love it 100/10 best ever
This location is totally different from the Loop 288 location. There are no disposable cups for tasting. This location seems terrified of germs. The owners are very rude. No restroom to wash your hands. Which seems odd for a food place. I see why their business is slow. Maybe they should not be in the business of serving food items if they are so scared of germs. I will not spend my money there again. The response from the owner was a bold faced lie. SMH!
Yogurt Story Rayzor Ranch is choosing to continue to not open their restrooms to paying customers. They stated it is due to the pandemic, but are keeping them closed indefinitely. Paying customers should have basic access to restrooms for hygiene and cleanliness. Hand washing and regular cleaning of facilities is a good thing. This would actually help in a post-pandemic world. Also - no contactless payment,
so helpful finding the flavors i wanted.. .so much selection and love the colors... nice and cool on such a hot day... i'll be back sooner than they think

Worst taro milk tea I ever had . I have ordered with no ice and they still added it and charged me a dollar extra for that. Even the boba does not taste good and it’s very hard to eat.
