Ordered a special in the app for 20 boneless wings and fries. Split it to 4 flavors per the special.Picked up the order and they crammed all 20 boneless wings into one small to go box with their paper poorly separating them. They all ended up falling together trying to unwrap what was essentially a puzzlebox.I mean they tasted good, but my barbecue wings fell into the hawiian and the spicy stuff fell into the sweet stuff and hawiian sauce got all over my lemon pepper. But other wingstops have split this special into two boxes. Don't know what possessed them to cram 20 wings of varying flavors into one box.
Staff are great. If like to see them cool their fries a little longer.
We order game night dinner every few months with our friends. Food is pretty good, a little oily but hot and wings are lean. Flavors are good. My only complaint is on call ahead orders they are always 15 min late.
place an order at 11:27pm for pickup. try calling at 11:45pm to say im on my way and nobody answers the phone get there at 12:04am and they have already thrown my order away. absolute joke of an establishment management should be ashamed.
The wings are fantastic, this location is awful. Terrible service. Employees don't know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to the Razor Ranch location.
I ordered carrot sticks. Did not receive my carrot sticks. The carrot sticks were on the receipt. So how could you forget to put them in the bag?! If they were in our shoes and someone forgot a part of their order they wouldn’t like it so why do it to someone else. They get the money but you don’t get the product. I will be making home made wingstop moving forward.
I was on my way to Oklahoma and wanted to stop and get some wing stop, I’m glad I did they were short staff but the cook and manager made sure my food was hot and fresh
This location has really gone down hill. Wings was over cooked, and wasn't hot and fresh when they came out. Fries was also luke warm. Definitely won't be back.
Just don’t try going here for dinner. I never leave reviews but this was insane. They were checking online orders in but never handing out the food. The lady up front was swallowed with 20+ angry customers and they 3 guys in the back were finishing orders and just piling them up. Never calling out names even though she was marking receipts for people that were already in store.Update: got home and all that was in my bags was fries!!!
Excellent management ! Cesar is a great manager having great customer service !:)) Will definitely be my new wingstop location. Good food and customer service.
