Sandy Middleton went above and beyond helping me get my refund. The beginning of the month I placed a on line order and was charged twice. A employee called me to verify if I meant to do that , I told her no she said not to worry I would get one charge refunded. I waited for a week and didn't get the refund so I called and was told manager would call me back I didn't hear anything. 2 week's go by I call back had to give the full story to another worker and was told he Will look for the double charge and refund me. It never happened. Now a month later I called and Sandy answered the phone she was extremely helpful I know she was also supper because I called on Saturday. She asked me for date's and name of the order said she would do some research and literally maybe 45 minutes later she called me back letting me know she sees where I was double charged and she requested the refund. She actually did what she said she was going to do, Thank you Sandy!!
I don’t know the ladies names but they were seriously a blessing DoorDash brought me the wrong order so when I called they were completely understanding and remade my order for me when I came to pick it up they were extremely nice apologetic when it clearly wasn’t they’re fault to those ladies in the front thank you so much you made my night much better after that
After several visits this location has gone down hill in all aspects. The staff acts like they don't care if they are there or not, their rude to customers. The food has also gotten bad the music is loud and not good for an establishment to be playing. Just all around not a good place to go eat anymore.
Every time I have either came inside the store or ordered online I have been satisfied with my order and well worth the money. Good service and good food
Spent almost $100 on food for pick up through door dash, but roommate had to go back to the store when they never gave us our wings, tenders, and dessert, just our fries, rolls, and sauces. He goes back, they just give him the now kinda cold wings, no offer to remake and still forgetting the tenders and my brownie. Never going back again.
I came in at 7:30 to pickup an order, gave my name and was told it wasn't ready. At 7:55 I noticed people who came in after my were getting their orders. I asked how much longer and she noticed my order which had been sitting there the entire time. Got home and everything was cold and nasty.The employee was more interested in talking and hanging out with her friend than getting our food. This is the 3rd time I've given this location a chance . Last time they gave me someone else's order and before that they didn't give me my fries. I love Wingstop but this location just doesn't have it together. Avoid at all costs.
I have never left a review but this wingstop has the most rude employees and the place was so dirty… The cashier was screaming arguing about the mistake she made on my order and the cook had no gloves and had a tank top listening to loud music. I repeated my order over 10 times and she still “couldn’t” hear me and was rude non stop. Worse customer service ever… do not recommend at all!
The wings are literally all bone and the fries, which are usually awesome, we’re flopppy and terrible. Dang.

Love wing stop in general, but this particular location wasn't the greatest I had to wait til the young ladies were done talking about something in one of the girls phone then they looked at me like I was bother I asked for my online order I checked it before I left and they had forgotten the large ranch I ordered I asked the girls for it she rolled her eyes and asked me if I had ordered it I said yes she looked at a receipt and said we are out of the big containers so I'm going to have to give you the regular ones I was okay with that she looked at me again annoyed put them on the counter and turned around I was like okay thank you have a nice day I get home and my extra crispy lemon pepper wings were not extra crispy or had any Lemmon pepper on them was so disappointed. For sure not coming back to this location
