0/10 do not recommend this place! I order online for delivery waited an hour then decided to call the place because there was no sign of my food being delivered. Once I called up there the woman stated that her driver is back at the store and that my food is outside my door. The driver decided to get on the phone and go back and forth with us saying that she knocked on the door when she know she didn’t. Our door is right in front of the living room where we was waiting. This store has bad customer service and wasn’t apologetic or understanding at all instead she wanted to argue. If the woman would’ve knocked we wouldn’t have called to check the status in the first place
I work here. Everything we make is from scratch. I've read the reviews that have been spoken. Here a tip... place your order from our website and we can get your order faster, thus you will get your order faster. Everyone likes to order at the same time. There's even a way to say when you want your order ready by. Also, your fried chicken with sauce on it will get mushy if you don't pick it up on time. It amazes me how others lack of time ends up falling on us for a pick up order. We are the cheapest delivery, but order us from uber and doordash if you like. We are on there too. Side note... their drivers don't show up nor wants to wait 3 minutes sometimes and cancel your delivery... even though we have time left for the order to be ready. I can't stress enough how good our food is. I've been helping at this location since 9/21... if you walk in 9/10 you'll see me. If you call, you'll get me. And at anytime something is wrong with an order, we do own up and make it right. Every time. Also, please stop calling during busy times trying to read the menu at the same time as you just made your phone call. That is selfish and disrespectful to other guest who know what they want or who may be calling to place an order. Write your stuff down. All menu items have a description of what's in the dishes. Make sure you know. I have a menu by me. Let's help everyone by making the phone process better. Because I can't answer the phone and bag/fry if im on the phone. Orders will be delayed. Take some time to think and be responsible ? please come see us in person. We are very clean.
I do not recommend.I ordered their orange chicken, lo mein and friend rice. I found fish skin in my friend rice and their “chicken” was questionable. I will not be eating here again, it is not worth the money I spent.

Honestly these folks make some decent food. I really can't say why not give them 5 stars. I just don't think they are 5 star Chinese food. That's hard to find though. Get your favorite Chinese dish from them and judge for yourself. Dine in area is cozy.
Great as always! Awesome eggrolls and meal ready for pickup in the short amount of time it took me to get there.
In the last year we have probably ordered from here 3 times, 2 for delivery, once for takeout. We called them directly since they have their own delivery. They did forget the rice 1 time. But rice is an extra filler in their plates since their entrees are big portions so it wasn't too big of a deal. Otherwise we enjoy their food and delivery times have been reasonable for us. I honestly don't expect much anymore from Denton restaurants; something is mostly always missing from my order.

I ordered the General Tso’s chicken, and the yellow curry chicken. I asked that the broccoli be removed and replaced with water chestnuts, but apparently Win Hing is not Burger King, and I can’t have it my way.Portions were large, food was hot. Bag was not stapled closed.General Tso’s was more like orange chicken, but the curry chicken was very good. Not sure if I’ll order again, but I wasn’t dissatisfied. DoorDash delivery was excellent.
I really don’t want to do this. I called today to let the manager know I found a long piece of hair in my food. The manager didn’t want to talk because she didn’t speak English. The person on the phone translated my concern to her. I didn’t want a refund or a credit. I just wanted them to know so they don’t lose any customers. I simply got the impression that they didn’t care about my concern. Not even going to comment on the food.
