The sandwich were fine, my husband liked his and the fries were fresh and crispy. I’d chose a different place for the price though. The main reason for only one star is the service though. We went in there and nobody was there. We had to yell them to come forward from the back. I couldn’t understand anything they were saying. Pretty sure the guy said a passive aggressive comment to me. Then again, it took me a while to understand what he was saying. I don’t think the sandwiches tasted good enough to ever go back.
Good place to have sandwichI hadChicken and ham sandwich thereThe taste was very delicious oneSomehow price is above average for meHad awesome experience at which wichTry combination of chicken and ham
Good place to eat didn’t have fries today tho
Both sandwiches were warm and put together well (no hard crust). The store on the surface appears clean until you get to the table tops and bathrooms. Had to choose a table with the least amount of food residue, then had to wipe it down. Bathrooms need help via a third party to clean on a daily basis.Might be that the location is having issues retaining staff to prep, cook and clean due to Covid-19. Did see that someone was in the process of cleaning (red bucket, rag and cleaning solution) but had only made it half way through the front of the store.
This place is amazing. The owner of this franchise is a kind, polite, respectful, and honorable man. I came 2 days in a row and the second day he knew my name when I walked in the door. Very welcoming environment. The food is well prepared, delicious, and fresh tasting. I would recommend anyone to come here.
The owner here is very friendly and always cares about the sandwich he makes and the people he serves!
Never had one of they're sandwiches before so I decided to give it a try...They were not friendly and it smelt funny in there so 2 minutes after I walked in, I walked out and went somewhere else.

Though I've enjoyed their sandwiches a few times, Which Wich is not my "go to" sandwich shop. However, on a recent road trip we stopped at Which Wich. I ordered the California club and it was one of the most delicious sandwiches I had ever had. I had forgotten they're sandwiches were served warm. 8 days and 2600miles later, we were back. We swooped up our kitties from the kitty hotel, dropped our bags at the house, then headed to Which Wich! It was pretty busy for just the one person (owner/mgr) behind the counter. As I watched him taking orders, taking money, and making sandwiches, by the way he washed his hands every time left the register????? I appreciated that he moved with a sense of urgency yet was careful to maintain a higher standard while building each sandwich and the quality of the sandwich did not suffer as a result. I happily commended him on all of this and happily ordered my Cali Club again. Since I knew it would be a couple of hours before I got to it, it came as no surprise that it wasn't quite as delicious as the first time but still very good. 3 days later, I headed off for yet another Cali club. The owner was there alone again. He did remember me this time which was nice. I ordered we chatted, I paid, we chatted some more and then I went home to enjoy my sandwich. However this time I discovered there is no avocado on the sandwich. Disappointed? Yes. However, oftentimes these things happen when places are fully staffed, so no big deal.I was saddened the most, when I called to inform him of the minor mistake. His response to this information was "you know, I remember looking at that sandwich thinking 'something isn't right' but I couldn't figure out what it was" he found it quite amusing. I however did not. I simply said "oh wow" and lightly chuckled along with him. There was a bit of a pause before he offered to replace the sandwich. I told him it would probably be several days before I was back in. I thought he would at least jot down my name or something but he did not. He just said "that's okay that's okay when you come back just tell me" I then then asked "what happens if you're not here? How would the other employees know?" "I'm always here!"What happened to the standard of quality? Knowing something isn't right yet serving it anyway. What happened to the quality? And not even bothering to to write down at least a name to be sure He doesn't forget. Since he's there "all the time"What happened to the high level of service he was providing his customers?I felt completely let down and ignored. I have not been back since and I probably never will.
Walked in and it was dead. One worker sat on the corner on her computer and didn't acknowledge me, not too big of a deal. Stood at the register for 3 minutes before she got up and told someone in the back to come help me. Never addressed me the whole time. Almost walked out then but, hey, I'm hungry.Guy comes up, doesn't say a word, punches in my order and then tells me my total. Runs card and turns away to start making order.Currently waiting on said order, just a little baffling on my side.
