We came there with a small school group. The young lady taking the orders was very kind & patient. However, they would not open a 2nd register, so ordering took a wry, very long time. They served most of the food efficiently, but no one was helping make the milk shakes the kids ordered. Friendly service, but needs better management in the ordering department. They lost some customers because of the long line.
The grill chicken gave them 2 stars but check out my large fries they gave me. That's was the final straw with fast food I'm just gonna shop for the food I want. I'm sick to death of slow food I mean fast food inaccurate or self quality food
I'm still giving 5 stars cause yall are whataburger... but when a #1 comes with mustard and all the fixings... and I say can I add mayo to that... it doesn't mean cut the mustard. It means add mayo to what already comes on the burger.Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
Drive-thru, took 51 min to get my food. From been in line, ordering, paying waiting on food. Idk they might of been short on staff but waited too long. Staff were nice though.
This team is on the ball. Place was slammed, so we came in to pickup our online order. We are a family of five, and getting enough for everyone takes a lot. A nice young lady had the meals out in 10 minutes. Everything was clean, fresh and accurate. I love my hometown Whataburger.
This evening my girlfriend and I were served by April A at Whataburger on the loop in Denton and I must say this was hands down the most phenomenal experience I’ve had at any Whataburger in Texas! This woman was so personable kind and funny and worked hard throughout our visit to keep everything in the restaurant spotless—everything was extremely clean from the tabletops to the bathrooms. This review may have five stars but April deserves more, thank you for your service :)
This Whataburger is the worst! Slowest service of any restaurant I've ever been to.I have been one of very few cars in line and had to wait over 45 minutes for me and other cars to be served in the past .So I decided to place my order online for pick up, that was an even bigger joke! I checked in only to sit for 15 min and no-one came to check on me. The manager could care less about my order or my complaint. Mind you this Whataburger has a full staff in the back, not short staffed.Then to top it all off they gave me my order and it was cold!I highly suggest you stay away from the loop 288 in Denton Texas Whataburger.
Although sometimes the drive-thru is a bit of a wait, the staff is ALWAYS so friendly. The delish food and great customer service make it worth the wait! Regular customer here!
I would give a negative 10 STARS if I could. Nate is a dude obnoxious team lead. My daughter n I, received icy cold burgers. I asked for a manager n received attitude from the rip... I've asked for a complete refund. Mngr Alan, is awesome as all get out. He was very sweet n kind, n fixed everything
Not a fan of the burgers but when I says there breakfast is the boom! The staff is awesome. I purchase breakfast for a group of 40+ with about 100 items and the night team stayed and made sure the order was done correct and on time. Great management , thank you Stephanie for all your help and patience. Thank you night crew and morning crew for making it happen!! And a great big thank you to the cashier that was always there to greet me when I walked through the door and always going around the diner making sure customers are ok and don’t need anything!! This whata burger is a great place with great staff!!!!
