The lady working the orders (inside) had no clue what she was doing or how to take an order. She left off several items. Once that was corrected, the food that arrived, was missing items, and what we did get was cold. Fries tasted stale. Coffee was ice cold (meant to be hot). We had to ask for our missing items 3 times, and eventually another customer intervened to get my order! Definitely not a good experience.
I came in at around four in the morning and ordered a burger and onion rings but my burger was completely wrong. Although a terrible experience at first when I went in to get it fixed the manager with all the tattoos (I don’t remember her name) fixed it and we even had a nice conversation while we were waiting on it to get remade. I appreciated that a lot because you don’t really get that from anyone anymore.
The service was amazing I absolutely loved the fact that they ask me what I want and then they’d give me exactly what I want it’s just so great and the food always hits at 1 AM like it just melts on your tongue especially the chicken honey butter biscuit it’s delicious I highly recommend that and I just wanted to say shout out to that one Rob employee that is always so joyful and nice and pretty she’s really pretty
UPDATE: Well that was short-lived! This location has decided to accept online take-out orders and then close the lobby and tell customers to sit in the drive-thru. Yeah no thanks, that's why I paid with PayPal.This was clearly an impromptu decision because five different parties attempted to enter while I was there, and the lobby is usually packed at this time.This food isn't worth sitting behind twenty cars for. Next time I'll save the hassle and go somewhere else.***************I know it's weird that I'm reviewing a Whataburger, but I've been pleased with this location. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. There is a taller young lady during the evenings who I think is a manager (circa March 2022), and she is stellar.Fast food work can be hectic and thankless, often with horrible customers. That makes the great service from this location even more impressive.
Hello was very embarrassing to eat at this Whataburger. The shift lead instructed one her workers to go clean the mens bathroom this basically refused for over 10 minutes to do his job. This guy stalled the whole time to go unclog the urinal a simple task. There was piss water all over the floor and people continue to walk in this gross mess tracking it into the dining area wow
This is the third time this has happen to me. I order a Honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich and asked to sub the BBQ with Honey Mustard and even having it said back to me, they put honey butter on it???? And the receipt says Honey Mustard. I’m not the one to complain but i’m annoyed at how this is constantly happening. & I’m not even going to go into the other orders they have messed up.
Great burger! Would have given 5 stars but my fries were cold, and that happens often.
I never do this, but I just wanted to share this part of my day. I pulled up in the WB parking lot at 10:54 this morning in a bit of a hurry to get some Delicious breakfast taquitos. There were a few cars ahead of me and I knew I was in crunch time before breakfast ended for the day. They must have had large orders because I didn’t make it to the speaker until 11:01. Hopeful, I ordered my usual taquitos, but sadly I had missed the window for breakfast at that time. The young lady in the drive thru politely attempted to offer me some other menu items and was very professional about the whole ordeal. I felt terrible about it, but I was only there for breakfast and asked if I could speak to the manager.This man was at the window before I even pulled up & with answers. Not only did he personally make my burritos (with love) he made sure his team could continue working undisturbed by the events. He brought them out to my car with a smile and politely told me about the online ordering service which I will be using from now on to get my breakfast order put in before 11.Sorry for the inconvenience today WB, but I wanted to say thank you to the team for dealing with the situation professionally and especially to the manager who took the time out of his day to make my morning great.This loyal customer appreciates you all!
This location was easy to understand at the drive-thru, very amicable. The food was brought out rather quickly although the fries were definitely not fresh. I personally am not super impressed with this chain as a whole but this location did a very good job in providing service and I think that they're well deserving of four stars. If you are a fan of this chain, this location has always been clean inside and out every time that I viewed it and I've always found the staff to be very kind and helpful.
I'm here right now eating the sweet an spicy. It came out quick and yummy but the fries are old. They're busy. The manager is cleaning a lot and appears to run a tight ship ?The old guy at counter was great. I love whataburger and this one is what you expect.
