The food was sooo yummy! We all (my kiddo and his dad) had the fajitas and we all loved it!! The waitress that we had was friendly enough and the food was extremely well portioned for the price. Only downside is that it doesn't come with shredded cheddar cheese like most fajita meals do at restaurants. Get there early because the later it gets, the longer the wait. We were told 45 minutes, but it was more like 20, so that was great. All in all a great family place to eat. ?

Amazing!First of all....our Service was Amazing....start to finish. Thanks Marta!Secondly....our Food was Amazing...start to finish....and even later because we had leftovers. ?10 Stars if I could.

Good food with a bar located inside the restaurant. The day we went the crowd was good but a few women at the bar were loud. Having fun and enjoying friend I'm sure. Hell, I wanted to go over and visit with them but pretty sure the wife wouldn't have approved. Food is good but would not take picky kids. Mine included in that last statement.

First we were told there was no seating inside whenever there were plenty of tables available. Then, we waited for 40 mins for our food. 4 of the 5 plates came out so cold that you could put your fingers in it with out any issues. When we tried to address this with the waitress she literally walked off mid sentence as we were explaining the issue. Then whenever they replaced the plates within 10 mins( don't understand why this could happen the first time), the next waiter that brought out the food was literally just dropping the plates on the table. To fix this they gave us a 15 dollar discount on a 60 dollar ticket. The only person that deserves any recognition from this place is the young man who brought us our chips and salsa. He never let our chips or salsa go empty. Never again!

Food is excellent. I have been here three times. Staffing seems to be lacking right now. Waited for 20 minutes on my last visit before I got up and left. I suppose this could be due to covid with staffing problems. I will give them another chance and update this post later.

Excellent food, good service of you ask the right person to bring you something. The most attentive waitress was the chip server!!When I ask for a coke, I was brought a Pepsi- yuk!! When I ask the salsa lady if I could have a Dr. Pepper, she took the Pepsi away and told us she'd tell our server... one of them forgot because I ask for a Dr. Pepper when he brought our meal and finally got it. We enjoyed the food and visiting with friends over lunch! We will try it again!

This was my first, and last time ordering from here. First they mixed up my food when I went to pick it up and then laughed about it whenever I arrived back at the restaurant to receive the correct order. I get home (I live less than 3 min away) my food is freezing cold, I found a piece of chicken inside my sour cream, the salsa has zero spice to it, they gave us tiny little tortillas, and I had also found a hair in my fajita steak. The food was disgusting and the service provided to me was disgusting. Please don’t waste your time at this restaurant. What a waste of money.

We have been going to Villa Grand for over 15 yrs, started as a small place in Little Elm. Unfortunatly, Today was THE worst experience my husband and I have ever had here. WeUnderstand that everyone is under staffed these days. However it was not crowded and 2 separate wait staff forgot basic things that we asked for at least 3 times.Food was ok, taco shells were stale, fajitas were dry.I never write reviews, I just do not go back. But this was SO disappointing.

Super fun place. Great service, clean, great food.

Overall great experience.... One wordFLAN!!!!!My lunch was great and finished with an incredible Flan for dessert... Highly recommend ❣️❣️
