The taste is nowhere close to the previous Khao san thai. I was a regular for green curry fried rice. But this one rarely had the green curry flavour, i didn’t find any difference from their thai fried rice. The spice level is superficially 'hot', that burns your mouth, but not flavourful. Disappointed.
So good. The service was fast and friendly and the food was excellent. Really enjoyed it.
Great food
The food was delicious!! Tofu was cooked well and vegetables were fresh. Jasmine was our server and she did so wonderfully - always making sure we had everything we needed despite being the only server in a busy restaurant. Highly recommend!
New owners. Same recipes and same chef. Really good food. They do lots of to go and app delivery business. I understand why. Flavors were good and your can pick a spice range from level 1 to 5 on almost everything you order. Clean and Simone inside but very comfortable. Sometimes can be hard to find a parking spot.
I ordered the yellow curry and brown rice from DoorDash. It was pretty good, not bad. Looking forward to trying their other dishes.
Ordered from here several times to go and for the most part the food is good but a little over priced. Today, I got chicken curry and Tom Sum soup, both containers were 3/4 of the way full only. They were filled closer to half than full to be honest. I didn’t notice till I got home. Again, I’ve ordered from there, to go and never had this problem. Very disappointing.
New Thai place just recently opened. Their red curry has just the right amount of spice and full of flavor. Along with shrimp rolls as an appetizer I probably won't be hungry for dinner. There were so many yummy choices. I'll definitely be back. Friendly staff and quick service.
Tuk-Tuk Thai Kitchen is an amazing restaurant with even better food. Portions are sizable and you get what you pay for :) Very family friendly with amazing staff and chefs. You can tell the owner really cares about the restaurant, which is a nice change of pace. Because this isn’t a fast food restaurant and everything is made from scratch, the prices reflect that, but I believe these new prices are fair and match how much food you get. Plus, the food is so good it’s worth every cent. No other Thai restaurant will serve food nearly as good or as authentic than Tuk-Tuk.
I miss the old restaurant owners but giving them a shot. Prices are significantly elevated. My first order was incorrect and to be remade.
