Tortillas La Sabrocita may not look like much from the outside but WOW the food here is delicious and fresh! The best hole-in-the-wall Mexican spot in Denton that is open 24/7! Homemade tortillas and chips make the nachos the BOMB. They load the nachos up with meat, cheese, guac, sour cream, beans, and jalapeños. Highly recommend trying something new and not a "traditional sit down Mexican restaurant". You won't be disappointed!
Well looked promising and with good reviews, my husband is a truck driver and i ordered it for him to deliver with uber eats. La Torta Cubana is what i ordered him an Agua de Jamaica. Well i asked him how it was, and this is what i got, turns out La Torta had no Mayo very dry, Meat was ok otherwise overall he did not recommend also he did not get his water Uber Driver offered to come back but my husband told him not to worry about it.
I absolutely love this place. It’s an amazing hole in the wall with excellent food. Easily some of the best tacos in Denton. However, they have raised their prices and now it’s difficult to justify going there as often.It’s definitely worth a try if you haven’t been before. I would just be aware that the prices are high for what you get.
It's been going downhill, slowly. Used to be you could go here for some solid food, but it's been run down and poorly maintained for several years now. Somebody please, clean and paint the walls, anchor the railing, and fix up the seating area. It's cramped, and that's okay, but it doesn't have to be ugly and cramped.The service has also gone downhill too. It depends on luck whether or not you get passable food or reasonable food. Their breakfast tacos occasionally slap... But only if they get the order right. Lots of room for improvement.
Tortilla factory and home style meals. Really good Mexican food, not Tex Mex Like visiting your aunt's home. Spicy salsa. Always a taste adventure Not your usual Mexican food place.
I can say this confidently that anyone who gives this place a bad review doesn't know authentic Mexican food. Sure it might seem "seedy", but in my family that's always meant the food will taste amazing! and it does. I've been going to UNT since 2019 and I wish I knew about this place sooner because I always wanted to be able to buy authentic tacos instead of the bougie wannabe stuff they have at Rayzor Ranch. Me and every friend who has eaten here have thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and i'm always coming back to try new stuff. You can tell these people work hard and it shows. They are very accommodating to the fact that some people might not know spanish as well, and call out orders in spanish and english and also have signs in both languages. Would recommend to anyone who can appreciate good Mexican food.
Pretty damn good place small dining area. Food was amazing they have a lot of meat options unlike a place I go to that is closer to where I live.
Bought about 20 tacos, quesadilla, and 2 gorditas. I ended up paying 70$ for my ticket and got 4 salsa for my entire order. When asked for more I was told I could only get 2 more. Ended up just buying my own sauce. Pretty ridiculous.They cheap out with the salsa but not with charging.

I told the cashier and she said I can’t do anything about it and they can’t refund me any money back, what kind of customer service is this!
