The best cookies I've ever had and the customer service is phenomenal
You will not find a better cookie in Denton County, Texas! The Cookie Crave is one of Denton’s finest gems. Their Oatmeal Raisin cookie is to die for. (Sorry Grandma, The Cookie Crave just does it better. Please don’t roll over in your grave.)
Got to try for the first time thanks to the Denton farmers market, and definitely will be a returning customer. The chocolate chip cookie was hands down the best I've ever had. The vegan chocolate brownie was excellent. So glad they have vegan options! 10/10 stars!
A gluten free cookie cake?!!?? I didn’t know these existed! I was so happy The Cookie Crave was able to accommodate the allergens of my family! We had the best gluten free cookie cake, amazing flavor and texture! I highly recommend!
Cookie Crave is a God sent for a gluten free diet! These are the best cookies out there. I found them at Funky Finds several years ago and lived them ever since.
I received a box for valentine’s day and they’re proof that you don’t need nut products for cookies to be delicious! I grew up with a peanut allergy so I really appreciate what you are doing for people who can’t just walk into any bakery and order whatever they want. Y’all truly made my day!
Don’t get delivery. Period.Nothing is wrong with the food, the cookies are tasty and substantial. The staff seem pleasant enough. They have a great selection of vegan cookies. Make sure you physically go get them, though. If you order through a delivery service, the restaurant will substitute things you did not order without telling you first, even if you have your delivery app settings on “contact me” or “cancel order” if something isn’t available. It’s like they just see the number of cookies you order and throw that number of random selections of whatever they have left by that time of day into your box. They sent something I didn’t like and couldn’t eat even if I wanted to without checking first, and I was out for the costs due to their not contacting me about their decisions with my money. This happened twice.I have never had any sort of problem physically getting cookies there, only with delivery. They are usually at the farmer’s markets in the area on Saturdays, too. Again, I enjoy Cookie Crave, but they’re not reliable at all with delivery orders.
These cookies are incredible! I go with my family every Saturday. I’m a chocolate chip cookie person and these are the best I’ve ever had!
