Absolute top tier A+ food I've had in Texas.Back in Philly you have to go to some hole in the wall without any signage for a good cheese steak. Coming to North Texas, it seems the same concept is true. The most lowkey places have the best food. This is the BEST place I've eaten at in Denton. And I've gone pretty much everywhere in this town.
I did real good with this place!?.Without any previous knowledge about this i was interest to the amount of traffic happening for this late Tuesday nite Taqueria.It was the Best " let's check it out " discussion I've made in a while. It was Fantastic and I now go there every opportunity i can.No doubt, it's the Best and is my favorite Mexican Taqueria I've found anywhere!
They have the best tacos and burritos! I got carne asada tacos and my boyfriend got a carne asada burrito plate. It's the best I've had since I moved to TX!! Highly recommend.
I used to love the tacos here when I first moved to Denton. The last few purchases I’ve made here (they have been spread out by months at a time) have been less than satisfactory. The tacos are barely made and put into a to go container with little to no onion or cilantro. The meat never taste seasoned either so the only way to make my tacos taste more interesting is to add the salsa, and that barely helps with the taste as it is. I’m disappointed that the quality of the food has gone down hill. I guess I’ll need to find a new taco place. Overall this location has flavorless boring food that they seem to put zero effort into.
I just finished my meal from here and loved it so much I wanted to immediately post! This place is absolutely delicious. They have the best lengua tacos I’ve had in a long time and the birria tacos were so good. The salsa was also delicious… just great all around!
Went my son's UNT Fraternity Tailgate but was hungry afterwards. Stopped by here with my family because they recommended it. What can I say they were NOT wrong. Great food which reminded me of Northside Ft Worth. Price was definitely reasonable for the food. Quality was excellent. Had the churros on a whim and they were amazing. This will be my goto when I'm in Denton wanting to eat good!
Birria tacos were solid
The food is decent and authentic but EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. One bowl of menudo and a coke was nearly $22.
Best tacos in town at a great price! I got the chicken/beef tacos while my boyfriend got Birria Tacos - and we both enjoyed our meals! The chicken tacos in particular were really great and filling. If you enjoy Mexican food, this is your place to go.
This place feels as authentic as it gets. The food is great!!
