I pulled into the taco cabana drive thru at 10:25: got to the voice box at 10:28. I said hello multiple times with no answer. Eventually I was greeted with a "hold a second". I then waited till 10:30 where I was told not only could I not get breakfast, but breakfast stopped at 10. It's either I'm blind or this kid is lying to me. I asked to speak to the manager who said her name was bailey. She was also rude and unprofessional. I'm not returning.
I ordered the new Queso Blanco enchilada plate. I asked for the shredded chicken. Instead I got cheese enchiladas a little bit of shredded chicken on top as if they realized they gave me cheese and decided to throw a little chicken on it and hope I thought it was supposed to be like that. I didn’t care for “Queso Blanco sauce”. Not just the flavor, but the consistency, especially for take out. There was cheese all over everything and since they didn’t put the guacamole in the box on the lettuce, lettuce was mixed in with the cheese. All in all, I the food was not very appetizing and the experience certainly not a pleasant. I won’t be going back to the location in Denton on University.
Ordered my food and few other people did also. Young man brings you your food calls out number on receipt. Two times had to fix my lettuce,I asked for no dairy at all. Second time was no guacamole but cheese. Finally got it right and number 16 he called out number but did not walk to back so he just left food on shelf lady went to counter to ask where her food was. He told her and it had been there about 5 minutes. Hopefully was not cold food. Must been a off day for him.
I first want to say the food was good. If you have not tried the new shrimp quesadilla Tampico-try it, it’s wonderful!I went here a couple days ago and ordered the dish I mentioned. A few minutes more like 9-10 the mgr walked over and stated I’m so sorry Your order was made incorrectly so it will be a-few moments. And while you wait here is some chips & queso & a large guacamole!I’m sure my mouth dropped and hit the floor!It’s been awhile since I was treated first class as a customer. She was the manager and she was phenomenal!!Sorry I didn’t catch your name, but thank you for showing me there is still workers out there who go above and beyond. You are nothing short of fantastic!Ty for a great lunch and making a repeat customer!
multiple times theyve completely forgotten to give us queso and given the wrong amount of tacos. today they also gave us a tortilla with nothing in it and they always leave their mic on for the drive thru when theres no other customers but they still leave us waiting at the speaker for awhile.
The food was not as good as it used to be. The tacos were soaked in grease and fell apart before I could take a bite. The flautas tasted like the grease was old. The tea was good. The price for the tea was great.
Great senior discount. Great Cabana bowls. I had ground beef. My sister had Fajita chicken. Generous filling, not just lettuce. Has meat, beans and rice, lettuce, pico de gillo, cheese, sour cream and a crispy tortilla shell.
I've been to this location twice in 2 weeks. The first time the did not complete my order. The 2nd time we arrived at 8:15 pm and we were told that it was drive in or take out only even though the sign on the door clearly stated that the inside dining was open till 10:00 pm. Very disappointing.
First time at this location. Food was good. Portions seemed smaller and of course everything is more expensive. All in all a good experience.
Went through the drive thru and the person at the window said nothing to me until after he gave me my food. He gave me a thumbs up sign and then said Merry Christmas as I was driving off. Food was good.
