They added a new rule that mobile orders can't be picked up in the drive thru. I thought this would be fine but as I was heading to the lobby a homeless person ran in in front of me. He went into the kitchen, found a broom, and started sweeping and rambling about how he didn't want to go and wanted to work there. I was uncomfortable staying in there so I went to the drive thru and explained that I was just in the lobby but wasn't comfortable staying. Whoever was working the drive thru started explaining the rule that I had already read on the sign and even mentioned in my explanation so the dude didn't even listen. He tried to dismiss me by saying "I'm the craziest person at taco bell" as if that excused allowing a homeless person behind the counter. After a back and forth he tells me I can pull up in front of the store and they'll bring me my food. Thought this rule was supposed to save time? Before my food was even ready he came to my car to once again dismiss my uncomfort and tried to get me to come in the store a second time after making an unnecessary trip to my car. Then wanted me to move to a closer spot so they could come back out and hand me my food. Then realized how ridiculous that sounded and just went back and brought my food. So much quicker than handing mobile orders through the drive thru, right? This was my first time in this taco bell's lobby and I'm sure as hell never going in again, I can just order in the drive thru and scan a barcode to get my points. Great job guys, this rule that attempted to fix a problem I haven't heard a single person complain about is going to make you guys do more work to do the same thing you were doing and take more time to do it. And to the "craziest guy at taco bell" I hope you one day realize that having a homeless person in your kitchen is a bigger problem than handing someone their order through a drive thru window.

Sometimes you just Gotta have some tacos! And not all Taco Bell‘s are created the same… Or ran the same I should say. This location is exceptional. The employees here are awesome and the food is put together with care and consciousness. I travel across from California to Texas quite often and Taco Bell is one of the places I like to stop.Very seldom do I come across one that has put the effort into preparation add has this location.Thank you so very much!

Food was ok. Typical fast food. However dining room was completely filthy. All the tables, and chairs, plus the floors were covered with grease, shredded cheese and crumbs. I had to search the entire dining room to find a table that required minimum cleaning. To which, of course I cleaned myself. Additionally, I'm only there, around 9am. The morning manager always seems to be completely apathetic about quality and customer service. I always get the feeling that I am disrupting her morning routine. I was once a regular, and there for breakfast at least twice a week. Now I'm there once every 8-10 weeks. Probably will never return.

March 26th through March 27th 2022 nighttime crew was on point bad a**. All around just customer service, respect and they had a bibe going that was just putting out orders and they were busy as h*** so thank you and everybody that worked that shift deserves something good to return!

Staff needs to be better trained. The girls that they have on the window are incompetent as to their menu and the ability to ring up food. I’ve been to this Taco Bell multiple times and almost every time something is wrong with my order. I don’t understand how people could manage to be this bad at their jobs. If you were wanting a good Taco Bell experience I would visit another one.

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and quite possibly in Texas. I order and pay online at 9:30, get to the place and 9:43 and the worker tells me that the inside is closed, even though I ordered it to be picked up inside. Really rude about it and shut the door in my face while I was talking. Then takes 35+ minutes to get my already paid for food that came out cold and missing an item. Waited in line too long for this. These stupid kids don’t care at all, and it’s a shame.

This is the worst TB I have been to. When I was in the drive through I was told to wait 5 minutes to order because they didn’t have enough staff. I paid with a 50$ and was told they didn’t take it and then the girl helping me checked with some and they took it. The manager, Hispanic woman with a braid, yelled at the girl for taking it. My change was 5 dollars short so I told them and the manager had to reopen the drawer. She said to the girl “ this is why we don’t take 50’s”. I suggested to her to put a sign on the drive through if the are not going to take large bills. She said to me to ‘just go to the bank next time and get change’. Also, the burrito was horrible!

On multiple occasions the restaurant was unprepared when I arrived after being told the customers food was ready. This has caused customers to be upset with the me (the delivery driver) because it marks it as my responsibility before its even in my hands. This directly affects my tips and income.

I go up to the counter an employee who seemed to the guy in charge was like angry with the employee at the drive through window. Turns to me and rudely says” the Kiosk is behind you if yo want anything “ wth I only had cash.. never again Taco Bell

Worst place to go to. First off I should have known from the long line there was going to be a problem. Ordered over $25.00 worth of food. I was missing 4 items of course after I get all the way home. Ok not something that normally happens. It's normally just one or two. I've never had an issue getting it resolved. However when I go inside half the staff is just standing around talking the lady took my receipt went back and talked with the cook and then came back and said he doesn't mess up and that there's nothing they can do. Pretty embarrassing to have gone to this store Taco Bell do something about this location!
