The worst sandwiches in Denton very gross food is nasty but Custer service is ok it will be along time before I considered go back
Thankfully, they didn't gripe about me not wearing a mask. When I last visited a Subway franchise (the one near University and Malone), I was given much grief because I didn't wear a mask.
Did not get greeted and when asked if i wanted a 6inch or a foot another worker answered 6inch without me even saying what i wanted than when the worker was wrapping my food he wrapped it so tight and made it small. Did not like my service.
Ordered for pickup, food was ready before estimated time and was still hot and delicious, definitely not the worst subway around
Three stars should be average, and this was definitely below average. The blonde dude with shaggy hair refused to greet me or ask what I wanted. The food was good, but I don’t know if I’ll stop by this subway again. There seems to be a trend on the reviews with this kid.
Food was okay. Guy that was there alone with blonde shaggy hair was very rude , made me feel bad for asking questions. Very uncomfortable eating here. He acted like his job was a problem for everyone I will be calling and reporting this. I felt uncomfortable to the point the guy may harm me very different Character. May want to look into the people yall hire. He was very very rude and unprofessional customer service was horrible. He acted like he was very busy when we literally were only people there.
Definitely do not recommend going here, Horrible the young man with dark blonde hair did not let me wash my hand before I ate then he was acting bummed out like he didn’t wanna be there then cursed me out underneath his breath, Its about good customer service not just hiring people because you need people
If I can give this store a negative star I would.. my mom ordered a sandwich today for my daughter. My daughter took a bite and through her food back up..only to see molded bread and spoiled Ingredient..Never again!
Came in today (8/12) about 6:45pm and got a Turkey sub. I didn't catch their name, but the guy working was very fast, friendly and attentive even though he seemed to be working by himself at the front at the time. Will be back for my random sandwich cravings!
This location is legit the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. They don’t know how to make a sandwich. I went in today and I think his name was Andrew, was just flat out rude for one. The sandwich was poorly made with a horrible attitude.
