Friendly staff, except they never seem to be in a rush or worried about wait times. Slower compared to any other Starbucks.I visit this location 1-2 times per week, the only thing this location has in stock is excuses. It’s impressive how they never have anything that you order. The most basic ingredient for coffee, yet they are always out of something. They are quick to tell you an excuse for not having the items. Never had this issue at any other location. Also the one time I ordered a breakfast sandwich it was still frozen in the middle.
Busiest time of morning and 5/6 baristas moving slowing/no urgency with line of cars in drive thru as well as many customers I side; and they’re getting many orders wrong! Management does not appear to have properly trained new cashier because he can’t seem to figure it out.
I'm not sure if this is a consistent issue or not, but it took a long time to get my drink. It was just a cup of coffee. I ran out of time and had to ask for my money back. The staff was polite and no issue there. I would say that I will try again, but I'm curious if those that come inside to order are put at the bottom of the list to those that order in the drive-thru. I went up the road to Sweetwater's Tea in Denton and had my drink almost as soon as I ordered it.
Excellent experience at this Starbucks today! My drink was terrific but what made it great was the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from the barista who took my order. I arrived around 5pm and the Drive Thru line was long so I ordered inside. It's great to be received by a courteous, positive, and friendly person who is truly happy to serve. I didn't get the employee's name (didn't see a name tag) but his tshirt with "Soooo Got Coffee?" prompted a chatabout the Rewards Program (will renew!). Thank you for a great experience in these rushed and hectic times ~ it made all the difference in my day!
This Starbucks is m go-to. It has wonderful atmosphere, is right off of 288, and always has friendly baristas. I love coming here to study or chat with a friend over a cup of coffee.
Ordering ahead isn't worth your time. The coffee is fine, but the time it takes them is excessive. We ordered 15-20 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait over 20 minutes after the expected ready time for our coffee. Staff was slow moving with the exception of one person. The drive through was fairly busy but there was almost no one coming in through the store line.I won't be using this store anymore.
Horrible customer service, specifically from the employee, Shaun (blue hair). I walked in to make my order (3 hot chocolates, 1 latte) and waited 20+ minutes. When I asked how much longer she/he said 12 minute wait from when ordered due to mobile orders. I asked that if you have a customer walking into your store to place an order that mobile orders have precedence. She gave attitude and was rude and said your order will be ready 12 minutes from when you placed your order (even though it was 15 minutes). It's a shame that companies are so short staffed that they hire employees that are rude to customers and there will most likely be no accountability due to fear of not having enough staff to stay open. Shame
Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. First off, the management is terrible. Secondly, they are always out of product. How can a store this successful not have the logistical capacity to even think about re stocking on days in which they know they are going to be the busiest? It’s sad.

I travel constantly for work and probably go to way too many starbucks.. but this location by far always brightens my day!The staff here is always buzzing with positivity and making sure everyone is greeted walking through the door. I love stopping at this specific store when I can!
