Went in because of trailer slowest place to go inside the child making coffee for those that came in he was like in Layla land. Don’t you guys give the employees coffee to boost them.
When we arrived the table we got was the only clean one available. The girl serving asked if we were eating in but even though we said yes our drinks were served in paper cups and paper bags, which meant the panini i ordered was not cut in half and red hot so couldnt even tear it open. There was 4 serving behind the counter but the service was so slow. Very disappointing first visit. The track and trace app didnt work either on the table.

I ordered a matcha tea latte and iced vanilla latte ahead on the mobile app. Six minutes later the drinks were there waiting for me. The staff was friendly and the drinks were great ?

This is my regular Starbucks and they never disappoint! I order through the app and it seems the same 2 girls work the pick up order window. I wish I knew their names so I could shout them out, because they are wonderful! Always friendly, always make sure I have what I need. And very hard workers! Friendliness goes a long way, especially at Starbucks because they are the first faces I see every morning. Going to see if I can get their names next time so they can get the recognition they deserve! ❤️
