The staff is nice but THEY TAKE FOREVER. I don't know if they are short staffed or if they really just function slow but this has been a problem for at least a month now and it's getting ridiculous. I'm taking my business elsewhere as I kid you not, I literally have to give this place 20 minutes of my life at the drive thru alone. Get it together.
If you're trying to get anything off the menu from this Starbucks then it would be best to prepare for the wait and to be told that each and almost all of your personal selections aren't in stock or unavailable. If not the wait being 5-10 minutes then it's being told after asking for one specific thing and then being told that it's not available. At times it seems like after every other thing you request they're out of stock. Not going straight for assumptions about the workers not doing their job and/or lazy but it's almost repetitive.
Happiest Starbucks I’ve been to in ages. Maddie, the cashier, was a spice of joy for an “early” morning. Keep it up y’all.
This is my go-to Starbucks in Denton! Such great customer service every time I go. Theres a girl who always compliments my hair and piercings :) it tends to get busy at this location but the staff handles that very well!
This is definitely my go to location because it's really close to my apt. The drive thru is usually super busy but it moved steadily but today I went inside because I had to go to the restroom. As soon as I walked in one of the nice lady's welcomed me and when the man in front of me was done ordering another really nice guy took my order and he had a very professional attitude, overall really good attitude from all the employees actually. The guy that took my order asked me how to spell my name & idk why but I like that. I ordered 2 venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccinos and they were done so fast I was actually really surprised bc it was kind busy.The restroom was really clean and smelled good, not every place I go to has soap in the restroom but they did. Would absolutely recommend this location!
This Starbucks is my favorite! Madi was working drive thru today and she was so kind and went the extra mile—she made my whole day! The service industry is so tough and these baristas are the best and deserve the world! Thank you for such a sweet experience!

They got my order wrong but they were really nice about it, offered to fix it but I was in a hurry and cappuccino does sound a lot like a cappuccino, it was still good ?
Drinks were perfect, staff friendly. Although it's a super busy shopping center, the drive through moved quickly.
