they usually have my drink ready but then have me stand there for another 15 minutes for my food item that does NOT need to be heated, while my coffee gets cold.
It’s a Starbucks so a lot goes without saying since it’s a chain and their products are basically the same everywhere. So really rating a Starbucks I feel is more about that particular stores ambiance, service, etc. This Starbucks has a good vibe and good staff but the wait can vary a lot. No drivethru, which is totally fine by me, which might add to the inside wait time and congestion at times.
Unfortunately the last five or six times that I have come to this location they've been out of a ton of stuff and the cashiers act like they don't know what's going on. The mobile app was not working this morning so I walked in of course they were out of the drink I wanted as usual LOL so I started to make a different order I wanted to use my points for the discounted drink. So they scan my gift card take the money off of that card and then turn around and say that I still owe $6 in like 50 cents so I didn't actually get one of the drinks for free like I was supposed to. The lady manager did absolutely nothing to fix it she didn't even try. She tried to tell me that the prices went up but couldn't explain to me why I was paying five more dollars than I was supposed to..
Madie went above and beyond today she is probably the best staff member I ever incountered at every Starbucks I've been too.. so madie thank you from a mother of a 7 month old that was running severely late to work today!

I love this Starbucks! They are by far the best in town. They know be by name, my drinks are perfect, and they are always fun and friendly. These guys work their behinds off. Be patient if they are busy.
Every time I come in the workers are always very nice and friendly, never had an issue with my orders. They always greet me when I walk in and and say thanks for coming when I leave, always a great experience. They all deserve raises.
Everyone else’s had to have a peppermint mocha but we still need our mango dragonfruit lemonade.
Jeff and his team were so on top of it for red cup day! They were making sure everyone got their items on time, while doing it all with a smile. Sweetest Sbux team in Denton, and my favorite location for red cup day!! Thank you guys
