My coffee was cold I asked for it hot And I ordered a pink drink it was purple
So today I waited about 20 minutes for my coffee. With not very many people ahead of me... it was actually very frustrating because they had about 6 workers total, but only one was working. The other 5 were just standing around and talking to each other very loudly too, it was very annoying. Why have a lot of workers if they will all just stand around and do nothing.
I asked for a Cold Foam Cold Brew.
The ice machine has mold in it and the steaming wands on the espresso machines don't get cleaned. there's also an open hole in the floor that's grown into a cesspool of old milk residue that smells like a rotting body
Extremely busy during rush hour. But it is an okay restaurant.
Very friendly staff! Run by Aramark so you can't redeem star rewards, you can still get points though!
