Not sure what's happening with their system, but the stalls keep getting mixed for one another. They tried to hand me off food meant for another stall. Then they lost my order, and when I tried to explain to their staff they cut me off to say "I know its coming to you". Currently still waiting for my food several minutes later. Watching everyone get wrong orders from my car.Edit: one star because as we asked for a refund they rushed to give us our cold food they had already had ready for a while
Food was disgusting!! How hard is it to cook a corny dog but no gave an old hard one. Tator tots were old and mushy. I'll never go back to this location...the food is always bad.
The intercom system barely works. I had to repeat my order at least four times before they could get it. Not very crowded. Decent wait times. Staff is friendly and polite. I would strongly recommend that you place the order online and just pick it up from the location instead of ordering it from your car at the stations.
I like this sonic more than the 288 Sonic. Never feel rushed, the staff is friendly. When they take your order they don't have a hurry up attitude.
Service is always slow but all 380 fast food is slow lol. But the drinks are good, the food is ok-ish.

Food was good and freshly made. I ordered the spicy chicken, which was juicy and delicious! I also got tots, which were perfectly made! The man who brought it out to me was friendly and smiled a lot; he really brightened my day.
Every time I come to this Sonic. They act like they don't want to be there. They are very friendly. But they move so slow. You go to other sonics and they are moving fast to get to the next person.
Milkshakes are typically not worth the money. Especially if ordered in a medium, large or route 44. For some reason the quality and consistency changes. Also, watch out for your 1/2 price charges. Been a few times that I was charged regular price because the terminal computer was down so I try to only use the app.
