I went through the drive thur to purchase a ice cream cone and once I got to the window the carhop Sarah opened the window and coughed all over my ice cream and on the peoples food that was in-line behind me. I politely asked could she remake it and her words were “Ugh I will ask but I bet they won’t” and slammed the window. She comes back with the same ice cream(which is now melted and says here and rolls her eyes) So, not only do you have an attitude because you coughed on my ice cream you act like I didn’t know you were giving me the same one. Once I asked for a refund she said “You’re being so d*** difficult” and slams the window again! Manager approach the window very polite and ask would I like him to remake it with Sarah in the background being RUDE so he has to stop talking to me so he can turn around and ask her not to talk that way to a customer then turns around and has to apologize again for her bad behavior. The manager was very professional and understanding. Will never go to back to this Sonic again because of an employee that has a bad attitude and she’s nasty!! Not to mention Covid-19 is killing people daily!!!!!!!
Don't let the manager make your hot fudge sundae, or you might get 2 spoons of ice cream and one spoon of fudge for $1.99.
Served me up some old popcorn chicken. Got the manager to make it right. At least I thought they did. Only to learn they put 2 new pieces of chicken right on top. Then the rest was what I had sent back, and they just reheated it. I'll never go back to that location again.
Food was really good. Lots of menu parking and a drive-thru.
Again, it’s SONIC. YumMy newest favorite thing is a Strawberry Cream Slush.Must try it!
This place is convenient and great!just seems understaffed so I feel bad about that. I hope customers are kind and patient
I was there 1/17/21 at about 8pm. I was compelled to mention my experience. Had an order so long it hurt. They got all the items right, and had it out in half the time I figured. My appreciation.
This location in Frisco has done a great job of keeping staff, earlier in the year it took a while to get food but they have done a great job with staff lately. Makes me want to go too often :)

Last 2 times have been very slow service. Tonight sat at speaker for drive for 9 minutes with no one responding and our seeing several at the window. Then we drive up and waited at the window. Finally a car hop helped us and we left with our order after waiting a total of 29 minutes. I hope they get this figured out.
