So I just sat waiting on my order to be taken for almost 10 minutes. I knew they were busy but was willing to wait. Finally I left after the wait with no customer service. I decided to call and tell them of my experience and was told that one of the parking spot systems wasn’t working right. So I guess I pulled in to the one spot that wasn’t working right. I suppose it never crossed their minds to put a sign on the menu in that spot???

YAY JASON!! I'M READY TO POACH HIM RIGHT NOW!!This review is not for Sonic, itself. But for one of it's employees.Jason, who is there in the early morning is so reliable, dependable, patient, professional, acurate now that in itself, is merely what is expected. However, this kid does this completely alone!! Takes the orders makes the food and then takes the money as well. After 8:00 a.m. this kid is running like crazy, as a result timing suffers, sometimes food quality as well. When this happens, it is not Jason's fault, but the geniuses who decided that having their customers wait 20 minutes for a burger on a Saturday morning is okay. They think that one employee serving eight or nine cars with multiple people in those cars, they think that's okay. That's ridiculous. Shame on Sonic but yeah jason.

We had been out in the sun all day and thought some ice cream would taste amazing! My daughter and I order a small chocolate oreo blast. They bring out our blasts and there is no chocolate. I explain that I understand you do not have chocolate ice cream but you charged me for chocolate and there is none. So they remake our blasts..this time with chocolate. But of course the oreo is just on top. Not even throught the blast like it should be. So basically I got a choc shake with oreo topping. I HATE this Sonic because nothing is ever made correctly. I use to be a carhop so I KNOW this was just laziness

Customer service must be a lost art at this location. Car hop delivered food while on his phone/headset. And no, he wasnt listening to another order, he was full on having a conversation. No acknowledgment towards me, hands me food and drink, no eye contact, no thanks, have a nice day..nothing..just walked away..Guess its the new standard for customer service.. too bad..

5 stars for sure! Better than the Lake Dallas location - Their management sucks so I come here to the Colorado Blvd location when I'm in town. Fantastic service but lighten up on the cherries with stems in the cherry slush. Sometimes you put cherries in the drink Sometimes you do not, the stem itself can come off the cherry when you don't even know the cherry is in the drink & when taking a drink, the stem can slide on up the straw. Just a heads up.

Don't forget to TIP the employees. There was only 2 employees working and this young lady was running her tail off. We were patient, you just have to be ya know. Upon our arrival, I pushed the red button and the wait was about 5-10 minutes before we got a response to place our order. Food came out a short time later like I said maybe 2 employees inside. This young lady was a Trooper and our food was fresh when we got it. Tip afterwards because she didn't wait on it but like I said she was running her tail off. She needs a raise or additional help.

I ordered 2 drinks, mozzarella sticks and a medium fry. They forgot one of the drinks and as you can see from the picture this medium fry is not stocked. There are very little fries in that container. I had to get the drink corrected on site and didn’t discover the fry issue until getting home. It’s disappointing that you pay for a product, and we were under served. They acted like I was an inconvenience about the drink I paid for and they didn’t bring out. Also, I asked for easy ice and get extra ice.

The past few times I've gotten food at this location the service has been ridiculously fast. Granted I always order ahead on the app, but the moment I'm checked in they're coming out with the food and its great.Never had an issue with this location except for one time I ordered super late and a main piece of the meal was missing, called support and got it handled graciously and quickly so that really doesn't affect this review. I recommend choosing this Sonic if you were planning on getting fast food in the area.

I went 2 Sonic for a pattymelt, thinking maybe it'll b lke Whataburger NOT AT ALL, How many people have had a pattymelt? Anyway they advertise 2 patty on TX toast. I got 1 patty on regular bread w/cheese, onions, mustard and mayo. NOT A PATTYMELT. That I've had, they need to go to Whataburger....
