This was my first time going to Roosters because I thought it would be good but the second I entered this is what I saw…… come and take it flags, liberty or death flags and many more. We decided to have a seat and then was greeted by a waitress. She was mean, rude, was not a great listener at all and made everything very uncomfortable for me as well as my friends. We finally gave our orders and didn’t expect the food to be terrible like it was. First: 2 drinks that were orderd had ice in it when we clearly instructed for the waitress to not include ice in it (bad listening skills) we felt disrespected. My friends food was burnt that he couldn’t even eat it. He ordered Pulled Pork Nachos. It looked terrible and yet THEY STILL CHARGED HIM MONEY for that food…. They could of offered to make him something else or could of treated him nicely but NO…. Like what….The customer service was so bad and the employees were suffering as well. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Environment, Staff, Food & Drink. It’s an Eat/Drink/Merry Vibe
This is a great place for a good tasty meal. Their Brisket Burger is a good mix of meat and flavor, while their Pit Sandwich is a tasty mix of meats. And while their homemade potato chips they normally come with are good, their Rooster Tails are even better. All this is served in a lively atmosphere. We will definitely want to come back here.
Great food. The burger wasn't greasy. Atmosphere was amazing, good music. The rooster tails were fabulous (they have slices of jalapeno mixed in I passed on those) with a touch of heat. Our server was phenomenal!
I got this to go.the brisket was tough and very fatty. they did not have all the sides. the mac and cheese tasted like it came from a box. they mixed in jalapeños with the pickles. the pickle juice was all over everything. this was the first and the last time.Bartender was nice.
Decided to stop in to this location after I experienced the Decatur location a few months ago and had a really great experience. Came in yesterday with my family only to discover the exact option. The waitress was so-so like fake friendly nice, but kind of straight to the point. But we were in the area for an High-school football game. And got there very close to 12. We left at 1:27 with to-go bags waiting over an hour to get our food that we ordered for dine in. So we asked her where I food was at in process . She told us three tickets back. That when we told her we had to leave. The manager there or the guy at the front who seated us was really nice and the food was okay after eating it in the truck. Just not the best experience. Ticket time is important, my wife and I have been in this industry for years and we know that when people wait to long, an enjoyable experience doesn’t come from it.
The best combination in a meal out... Fast, cheap, and delicious!
Everything was amazing. My server, Shelby, was working hard and killing it. If you have the privilege of being served by her consider yourself lucky. Attentive, kind and on point. :)
Always a great atmosphereservice 5/5Party of 8 half the party mentioned there meals were heavily salted, but normally we don't have that issue.*Bring back the bloody mary bar
Worst fried pickles EVER! It literally tasted like bread and salt! You can pinch them and it will literally crumble like there was no pickle at all!
