I got a flyer for their restaurant at MY door. I ordered food, it took 45 min to get to my place. The orders came in small boxes for about $12 a piece. Only the honey sesame chicken had some flavor.The worst part was the delivery. I didn’t add a tip but in the total I rounded up to $30 and this mf said “no tip?” Before looking closely at the receipt I signed. i said ”yeah I tipped YOU’RE WELCOME” and shut the door.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Tonight I was served raw chicken. We ordered like we always do and got to orders of lemon pepper chicken wings. After almost 2 hours later the food was delivered Luke warm and the lemon pepper wings was half cooked. I called up there and told the girl that answered the phone that our order was not cooked fully. I gave my address and she looked me up and handed the phone to the manager “Sam”. I explained to him that it was not cooked fully and I wanted a refund for the chicken only, I will gladly pay for the other items ordered. He argued with me telling me there was no way it wasn’t cooked fully and that it was cooked for 20 minutes. I told him that still doesn’t explain why it was half cooked. Again he argued with me and yes I lost my temper. He said to bring him the order and he “might” give me my money back. I asked for who was over him and he would not tell me. You best believe that I will find out. The audacity of him saying I was “trying to get over” them. I have been buying their food for 4 years and have never had a problem. He can keep his measly $14. He said he wouldn’t deliver to us anymore and that is fine, I will NEVER eat there again. I’m posting this every single place that I can. Don’t expect anything from them other than half cooked food.
These people are THIEVES. I went here 2 weeks ago, and was OVER charged for my supposedly 7.99 order. I went back today, and ordered 1 egg roll 1.59, I brought it up to the manager which was very non chalant about the situation. I was very specific that I was there the day the car wash next door had there grand opening. And you charged me 10.19 for a EI lunch special 7.99.....i guess the taxes was calculated on Chinese tax rate and not Texas 8,25, if these people will steal from there customers. DON'T WALK..........RUN. THEY YOUR CHARACTER IS SHADY, SO IS YOUR BUSINESS.
The food is good but the manager does have a temper.We just do drive thru pickup.The Spanish gentleman got all over me today.After I ordered I drive to to the window to pay and pickup.A few minutes later after he handed me the food he told me my credit card had been declined I apologized and handed him the order and food back.He didn't want the food back he just wanted a payment.It was definitely my fault.I told him I did not have another way to pay for it but I would go home and get another payment and come back .Please hold on to the order.He told me to leave and not come back, he shouted it again as I drove off this time cursing.Oh well embassing but not the end of the world.
While I have never eaten here, I am giving 2 stars because the person who put the flyer on my door stepped all through my flower bed. Please be respectful of our property and yards.
Today was my second time ordering delivery within two weeks!! I was very impressed with the quick delivery time and fresh hot food.The shrimp fried rice was perfect and plentiful. I also had the shrimp/combination lomein, shimp egg rolls, wonton, and spicy egg drop soup!! All items were delicious, hot and fresh!! They exceeded my expectations.Also, the delivery guy and the young lady who placed my order were very nice and professional.
Decided to give this place a try today. Ordered quite a few different things. But it turns out, their food is glorified, recycled garbage. Very, very disappointing.
DO NOT ORDER THE SPICY SEAFOOD NOODLES!It tastes like they just got a seafood boil and threw it over some noodles. It’s good but just makes the whole family so sick to the point of throwing up and when told this they said there was nothing they can do. Don’t waste your time

i have been a customer of win hing for a very long time and although the food is good their professionalism with customer service is lacking severely. the most recent issue i've had was with their delivery driver, he cussed out my 6 year old son because he was unhappy with the tip. although i have filed a police report, win hing has not contacted me to even apologize or make amends in any way. i have tried to be civil and polite about resolving this matter and they refuse to admit any wrong doing on their part. if i could give them less stars i would, for the gross treatment to someone who has been a customer as long as i have. if you want them to ruin your day, eat at this restaurant.
